I can’t abide offensive language in my company let alone in front of any lady.
I can't abide egomaniacs.
The fact remains that if it wasn't for General Patton and other American heroes like him, you'd be dining on Salzburger Schnitzel and speaking German today.
A quote is a quote. If you want to change or in any way alter the words of that quote to suit your personal self-absorbed morality, you go right ahead. If you are trying to show that I was mistaken, help yourself. It won't be the … [More]
I can’t abide offensive language in my company let alone in front of any lady. When a quote is attributed - let’s get it straight from the horse’s mouth. SOURCED (Roman Candle) "J**** C*****, it's the G*ddamned Third Army again and that son-of-a-f***ing-b*tch Patton", Gen George S Patton (famous speech to the Third Army, 1944). MISATTRIBUTED (Holy Cannoli) "I want you to remember that no b*stard ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor, dumb b*stard die for …[More]

Tes, well said and thank you for the clarification.
You wrote: Many of them will probably have such hatred in their heart, that talks of forgiveness feels as an insult. and that they would find a way to continue to live without feelings of hatred and revenge, since that is the way that will destroy their own hearts!

As I said now, I meant … [More]
You're a kind soul and I would never discourage anyone from prayer. At the same time, I believe it is important in our prayer to be specific in what we are praying for. For example, if someone were to ask me to pray for them, I would ask for what exactly is it that they would like me to pray. If it were for something superficial, eg. a fancier automobile, I would advise that person that having a fancier car is not an appropriate kind of request to be made to Our Divine Savior who wants us … [More]
I feel that the Christians in Iraq need our special prayers. Would a prayer-chain would be a good idea? Are there many who would join the chain, or am I the only one? I've never organized one, who could do that?I think it's terrible, that Iraqi Christians don't even have basic human rights and our "Christian western world" doesn't do anything!!! It's a shame that must make Our Blessed Lady cry! Who would join a prayer-chain for Iraqi tortured Christians? And who could organize it - I mean how … [More]
Al Qaeda threat: Christians are legitimate targets
The authors of the terrorist massacre in the Baghdad church publish a message on the internet that is a threat to all Christians, and make explicit reference to the Vatican.
While confirming its desire to attack the Christians, the terrorists say they want to give one more chance to the Catholics of the Church of Rome. They claim that "the War Office of the Islamic State of Iraq announced that starting today all the churches and …[More]
