Vatican honoured a pseudo-divine “Mother of Africa”: At the Vatican’s 60th-anniversary celebration of Nostra Aetate on 28 October, an African performance blended Christian and Pagan elements with a prayer written for the event by Vatican Radio journalist Filomeno Lopez from Guinea-Bissau. It invoked the “Supreme God”, but described him as “the God of the ancestors.” Furthermore, the prayer introduced “Mama Lucy,” portrayed as an “African and universal mother” functioning like a Mother-Earth figure found in other pagan spiritualities. The “love letter of God” was said to be “written on the womb of Mama Lucy.” The poem prayed for peace “with the help of the divine and of the ancestors” and directly addressed the dead: “My dear ancestors… honor and glory to you.”

Nostra Aetate cannot be read in isolation. Ad Gentes 7 says all need faith and baptism for salvation. All. It means all Hindus, Buddhists etc need to be members of the Catholic Church with Catholic faith and the baptism of water to avoid the fires of Hell. Ad Gentes 7 is in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus while LG 8, 14, 16, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II are not objective exceptions but only hypothetical cases. So Vatican Council II does not contradict Tradition. Today all inter-.religious dialogue and ecumenism must be ecclesiocentric since Vatican Council II is ecclesiocentric.

Is anyone else tired of all these photo-ops showing us that bishops are relatable normal guys? First was the bishop directing traffic - now this. Of course we've had laughing, dancing, costume wearing, prelates for years. How about a bishop who acts like a shepherd of souls and man of piety? I can relate to that!
30-10.2025 CARDINAL BURKE CONTRADICTED THE ECCLESIOLOGY OF THE ROMAN MISSAL WITH VATICAN COUNCIL II IRRATIONAL. At the Summorum Pontificum Mass at St. Peter’s Basilica Cardinal Raymond Burke accepted Vatican Council II, interpreted irrationally which contradicts the ecclesiology of the Roman Missal. He interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and not rationally and this is a rupture with the Athanasius Creed. This is schism. He does not interpret the Council rationally and so there is a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. There are now two versions of the Nicene Creed, his and mine. Mine is the original. His has exceptions when there is a reference to the baptism of desire. This is the same doctrinal chaos shared by the Society of St. Pius X at the Latin Mass and there is no comment. The Mass in the Roman rite has a new location in Poland, writes Peter Kwasniewski on Facebook.com. Fr Wojciech Pobudkowski IBP is offering a regular Sunday Mass in the church of the Camaldolese Hermits from the 17 century. It is also known as the parish of Blessed Edward Detkens and is located on the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University campus. Noteworthy: The building is a parish church. Last Sunday's opening Mass was well attended, with many young families present.

Vsak večer skoraj eno uro spovedujejo in obenem obhajajo evharistično adoracijo. Izogibajo se liturgičnim zlorabam. Oče Elias Leyds - soustanovitelj EWTN na Nizozemskem, ki je leta 2024 tragično storil samomor - je imel tam pridige, v katerih je obsojal homoseksualna dejanja in splav.

German-born Archbishop Georg Gänswein, now Nuncio to Lithuania, supports NATO’s armament in Lithuania and speaks of a “Russian threat”. In an interview with K-TV.org on October 27, he sounded more like an EU politician than a neutral Vatican diplomat with traditional 'both sides' rhetoric. Monsignor Gänswein explained that Germany is establishing a 5,000-strong brigade in Lithuania due to its proximity to the Russian border: “It is crucial that Germany helps to secure NATO's northeastern flank on behalf of NATO.” Concerning the geographic and geopolitical situation, he added that the Baltic states are united above all by “the concern that a Russian threat is truly tangible.”
