Anointing and Benediction of the Sick at Assumption Grotto.
On the Feast of the Assumption, Assumption Grotto Parish in Detroit, Michigan, USA, has significant devotions, confessions, and beautiful Masses throughout the day. Those who are canonically eligible to receive the Sacrament of the Anointing do so. The conditions are explained, so it is not a "mass anointing" for anyone seeking it. Following the Sacrament, the Pastor, Fr. Eduard Perrone, does Benediction of the Sick with the Blessed Sacrament.

There are many interesting stories out of ordinary people who have found their way to Assumption Grotto. The generosity of the priests with regards to Confession (even outside of regular hours, such as before daily Masses), can't be overstated.
This says nothing of the great catechetical homilies which teach us the fullness of the faith, not just the fluff.

Also worth noting, is that it was the final working place of Fr. John A. Hardon, SJ, a well known theologian who passed away a few years ago. Archbishop Raymond L. Burke sent a truck down to pick up the remainder of Fr. Hardon's library materials that were there to be taken back to St. Louis where he was taking a lead in Fr. Hardon's cause for beatificaiton.
