Even if this were to be done by invoking European Union law,” reads the new decision from the Supreme Court. The ruling came during a joint chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs and of Labor and Social Security. Archbishop Georg Gänswein, the Apostolic Nuncio to the Baltic States, has renewed his call for a peaceful approach to the Roman Rite. In a press release, the Swiss broadcaster K-TV announced that the full interview will air on Sunday. In it, Archbishop Gänswein comments on Pope Francis’ 2021 motu proprio Traditionis custodes. He argued that the Church should once again consider the pastoral approach adopted by Pope Benedict XVI in 'Summorum Pontificum': "I consider Pope Benedict’s wise regulation to be the right path — and this path should be continued without burdens or restrictions," said Monsignor Gänswein. He added that he hopes Pope Francis will continue the pacification of this thorny issue. The problem isn't that Prevost permits the Roman Rite, since the Church decreed that it doesn't need permission to be celebrated and, moreover, dogmatically proclaimed it as the official Mass until the end of time. The problem is that Prevost first has to become Catholic. An apostate who allows himself to be conjured by shamans doesn't profess the Catholic faith; he has renounced it.

Catholic bishops have no right to micro-manage specific actions carried out by members of our military services. Six Democrat lawmakers, who are also veterans of military services, have come under fire for issuing a video encouraging members of the U.S. military services to disobey so-called “illegal” orders issued by President Trump. The Pentagon is now considering recalling some of these lawmakers to have them formally court-martialed. The Pentagon may need to expand its list of potential court-martials to include Archbishop Timothy Broglio who heads-up the Catholic Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA.
