No, it's not Italian. I'm pretty sure it's Russian and I think I picked up a few words.
Basically, the woman in red is for Communion in the hand and the woman in blue is a "kneeling and on the tongue" Traditionalist. They argue like this every week after they've downed a bottle of Vodka.

Cute but they're not Italain. The language in the original sounds like Polish or Russian to me. I'm not sure.
