Holyrope1-I thought the same thing when I first saw Lenny's post (I thought Lenny was stirring up a bees nest!)-the only clue immediately available that it was not Lenny's sentiments was the unhappy looking character and blue highlite with the statement. I put a video on 3 or 4 days ago of Michael Savage where Savage pokes fun at Hollywood liberals and he plays a soundbite of Paul Newman himself spouting his usual liberal rhetoric.

holyrope1 , Lenny was just quoting Paul Newman's support of gay rights not his own. Lenny put a link on his post where Paul Newman makes this statement in support of gay rights. Paul Newman was an ultra-liberal "hipster" who personally supported every left-leaning issue that Hollywood was pushing at any given time.
