I think the only way this spectacle could be a teaching moment would be for the islamic cleric to be reading from the quran with a backdrop of one of the highjacked airliners hitting the World Trade Center. After the reading of the quran another islamic radical could give an inspiring speech on how to make an explosive suicide belt and relay to the congregation how many people sitting out in the pews would be killed and mutilated by one such islamic holy device.
