Traditionally this prayer is prayed during a penitential procession on the Greater Rogation Day (April 25) as well as the Lesser Rogation Days (the Monday through Wednesday before Ascension Thursday). This ancient practice has been suppressed in the modern reform and the Litany of Saints, to my knowledge, is only prayed at the Easter Vigil and at an Ordination.
