I used to receive Jesus by hand then eat Him. Then when I reverted to Catholic, I practiced receiving Him straight by mouth. I was worried some people might think I was just showing off, that bothered me and took my attention away to the Blessed Sacrament. But then again, to whom should I adore and please, the people or the Lord? It's all in the heart.
