ROME REPORTS: (Nov 8, 2011) "Last MArch Governor Pat Quinn of Illinois signed into law a piece of legislation that would abolish the death penalty in his state."
ROME REPORTS: "Last March, Governor Pat Quinn of Illinois signed into law a piece of legislation that would abolish the death penalty in his state. The Illinois delegation is to be honored in Rome for repeal of the death penalty."
