While, Jesus is silent in the Gospels on this topic, he did give the truth about it, that it is a disordered act, through Sacred Tradition and the Magisterium of the Church. This is yet another reason why sola scriptura isn't enough; we also need Tradition.

If a man look lustfully on a woman, he commits adulterly with her in his heart. So yeah, I guess it's OK for a man to look lustfully on another man. The Lord was clearly only opposed to heterosexual sin... And they want to be taken seriously.

One reason why Jesus didn't mention homosexuality specifically, is because He didn't need to. The Jews already knew it was sinful.

In Mark 7:21 Jesus says "For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders," The word "fornications" is translated from the Greek word porneia which is defined among other things as 1) illicit sexual intercourse,a) adultery, fornication, homosexuality, lesbianism, intercourse with animals etc.

This clearly shows that Jesus did speak about homosexual behavior and considered it a sin.
