There is this mindset that permeates some contributors on this forum that it is somehow un-Catholic to disagree with Church hierarchy and that every decree that comes from a Bishop's mouth is infallible. Even the Pontiff is not immune from actions that are inconsistent with Church tradition. I could cite many examples.
