What is a priest? A priest is a dedicated man of God, chosen solely from the world to be a representative of the Son of God. As a man of God, he brings to you the Body and Blood of your Saviour. Though he is a man he is and holds obligations higher than any ordinary man. He alone holds the the privilege of bringing the Most holy Eucharist to souls. He is a guide and keeper of the tabernacle. Therefore they should not be taken for granted. Only God knows how important they are to the Church.
