To address the last section on "private life" - seems eerily similar to the plea that "everyone has a RIGHT to his good name" that was spouted by bishops in response to sexual abusive priests.

On 15 November, the parish of Santa María la Real in Seville, Spain, hosted a homosexual Eucharist. The service was presided by Fr Francisco Javier Rodríguez OP. A rainbow flag was placed on the altar and various liturgical abuses occurred. During the service, José, a young man, confronted the priest about his ignorance of Church teaching. A video of the scene went viral. In a later YouTube interview, José mentioned that the homosexual group had been present in the parish for around ten years and had repeatedly engaged in liturgical abuses. His group, Orate, has filed a formal complaint with the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Archdiocese of Seville, but this is unlikely to lead anywhere.
