Mr. and Mrs. Lord are not giving out communion in this video. They never do. Here they are merely teaching on the event of this Echarist miracle as a part of a tour of people traveling with them across Europe studying these Catholic events, and that, in the presence of a priest from that location. In this video when they are directing people to stand in line, it is not to present the Sacrament of Communion to the people, but to view specific items that are at that location. Again, that is also with the priest present.
