The statue of the Apostle Andrew, by François Duquesnoy (1594–1643), in St. Peter’s Basilica is covered in dust. This detail was visible during the broadcast of the Eucharistic celebration for the Jubilee of Prisoners on 15 December, presided over by Pope Leo XIV. The Basilica of St. Peter is under the responsibility of Cardinal Mauro Gambetti.

Italian bishops praise Nativity scenes without Christ as Pope Leo defends traditional customs – Allah's Willing Executioners

Pope Leo XIV reaffirmed the traditional value of the Nativity scene while Italian bishops promoted “updated” uses marked by an ideological bent.
The Saturday edition of Avvenire — the daily newspaper of the Italian bishops’ conference — gave space to an
article by theologian Marco Vergottini on the theme of contemporary Nativity scenes, proposing symbolic reinterpretations that go so far as to include representations devoid of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, as a sign of closeness to migrants, the poor, and marginalized groups.
Vergottini, former assistant to the controversial Cardinal Carlo Maria Martini, is the author of an article published in Avvenire entitled “The Right Nativity Scene? It Allows Us to Recognize That God Is Still Being Born.” The text takes its cue from a case that occurred in the Archdiocese of Boston, where the pastor of St. Susanna parish in Dedham set up a Nativity scene without the Holy Family to denounce raids against illegal immigrants carried out by U.S. …

🎄 Vatican Nativity Unveiled in St. Peter’s Square: Today, the Vatican inaugurated the nativity scene and lit up the Christmas tree in St Peter’s Square. This year's nativity scene was created by the Diocese of Nocera Inferiore–Sarno, which has close links to St Alphonsus Maria de Liguori. His relics are venerated in Pagani, within the diocese. The nativity includes a figure of the saint, who founded the Redemptorists and wrote the Christmas hymn “Tu scendi dalle stelle”.

Firing Tucho is a benchmark for Leo XIV: New York canon lawyer and priest Gerald Murray is urging Pope Leo XIV to remove Cardinal Víctor “Tucho” Fernández as prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith. Speaking with journalist Raymond Arroyo, Rev Murray called Fernández’s recently resurfaced pornographic writings “a total disgrace” and “a horrendous production done by a priest”. Tucho is “completely unsuited to be a pastor of souls”.
Rev Murray recalled that Pope Francis justified Tucho’s earlier books as writings of a younger priest. However, the newly revealed books were written until 2009, when Tucho was aged 46: “If we were doing a profile, a criminal profile, about a sex abuser, and I’m not saying he is a sex abuser, but if you saw this literature coming out and you would say to yourself, ‘Well, it’s quite clear that the sex abuser got started a long time ago.’” The conclusion: “He should be fired.” And: “This is going to be a benchmark for Pope Leo XIV. Not Every Voice Comes From God
Fr. Altier emphasizes the importance of discerning truth from falsehood, particularly in a time of confusion and conflicting claims of authority. He warns against seeking extraordinary signs or visions and instead advises focusing on Jesus, who is the embodiment of truth and love. By prioritizing prayer and staying grounded in Jesus, we can find peace amidst chaos.

Pope Leo XIV decries antisemitic violence following yesterday's deadly Islamic terrorist attack in Sydney: "Dear brothers and sisters, the Nativity Scene and the Christmas Tree are signs of faith and hope; as we contemplate them in our homes, parishes, and public squares, let us ask the Lord to renew within us the gift of peace and brotherhood. Let us pray for those who suffer because of war and violence; in particular, today I wish to entrust to the Lord the victims of yesterday's terrorist attack against the Jewish community in Sydney. Enough of these forms of anti-Semitic violence! We must eliminate hatred from our hearts."

Sydney. Papa Leone XIV: «Basta con la violenza. Dobbiamo eliminare l’odio dai nostri cuori»

Vatican Has Respect for Homosexuals but Not for Catholics – Cardinal Müller

It was “not so good” that Pope Francis had suppressed the traditional Roman Mass "in an authoritarian way," Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller said in an interview with journalist Michael Haynes.
Pope Francis, Cardinal Müller said, had been "hurting and committing an injustice by accusing everyone who loves the older form of the rite of being against the Second Vatican Council in a general way, without any differentiating justice to single persons."
The cardinal criticized what he sees as a double standard in the Vatican’s emphasis on dialogue and respect: "All the time they speak about dialogue and respect for other persons. When it comes to the homosexual agenda and gender ideology, they speak about respect—but toward their own people, they have no respect," he said.
Cardinal Müller emphasized that the Church is like a family called to overcome internal tensions like brothers: "We do not have a police-state system in the Church, and we do not need one." And: "The Pope and the bishops …More

The homo's seem to be in total control of the Vatican. That's why God will destroy it when He wishes.

When an organization or group of people consider the actions of homosexual Bishops and Clergy as sinful, they become the bullseye, for they are divisive to the "Francis Agenda"
Since the rank and file - all the way up to the Vatican Court, are Pro Francis , there is very little the SSPX can do to change the ungodly situation in the RCC.
However, by continuing to bring to light all the felonious actions in today's Church, we can only pray for a miracle that the RCC goes bankrupt.
Something all those bend over Cardinals should think about - Retirement funding.
It would be advantageous if the Vatican made the SSPX Independent.
However - a thought just came to mind
SSPX - an independent Church without an Apostolic Line of Succession!
They could do what the Vatican has been trying to do since kingdom come, and that is to re establish it via the Orthodox Church.
Then after a while, petition to be a separate organization like what is granted to so many other Orthodox Groups.

There is something strange with the SSPX

I can't find one link from the SSPX showing the SSPX Chapels in Russia. Something is not right. I love the SSPX but they are not being honest when it comes to Russia. Not only that, but trying to search for a Chapel in Russia is impossible. They don't list even one, when I know there is at least two of them. Why don't they mention even one Chapel in Russia?
Josef Schuztman has mentioned the one he attends and I believe another one in Russia.
This is from a Russian site where they mention where the SSPX Chapels are. They list at least 3 in different cities. But not how many there are.
The largest number of Brotherhood followers are concentrated in France, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The Superior General of the Brotherhood is the Italian priest Davide Pagliarani, who succeeded Bishop Bernard Fellay. The Brotherhood's chapels of St. Pius X are also located in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Minsk.

The strange thing about the SSPX is that they remain Catholic in this pagan world of ours.

Maria delos Angeles

I remember my Mother Superior asking me once if I wanted to join the SSPX in France when I was having issues with the convent I was in.., I had no tolerance of the Novus Ordo and apparently that was a problem. I thought, it being a more traditional kind of convent they would be more like-minded to me, but apparently, I was quite alone in my traditional thinking.. me and the chaplain, and he was having disagreements with the Superior over it all. most of the time there was a daily TLM there, approved by the diocese, but the Superior also made it clear in her view "the Mass was the Mass". The other sisters, whatever their true thoughts were on the matter, never made it explicit they were in tune with my way of thinking. A torturous situation to be in over the long term, in a Carmelite convent where no two convents are alike, and there is outright persecution in the worldwide Church going on over this very issue.

Forgotten Truths
Popes on Our Lady as Co-Redemptrix & Mediatrix – Part VI

We Should Have All Things through Mary
In a short excerpt from his Encyclical Ingravescentibus malis Pope Pius XI confirms the previous Papal Magisterium on the Most Holy Virgin Mary, which we have alrady quoted
here, here, here, here and here.
Repeating the teaching of St. Bernard of Clairvaux, the Pope reiterates that God wishes that we should receive all things from Him through Mary.
Pope Pius XI
"He [God] who made the peoples and nations for health (Wis1:14) without a doubt will not let perish those whom He has redeemed with His Precious Blood, nor will He ever abandon His Church. But, rather … we must beseech God through the mediation of the Blessed Virgin, so dear to Him, since, to use the words of St. Bernard, 'Such is the will of God, who has wished that we should have all things through Mary.'" (Encyclical Ingravescentibus malis, § 8, p. 417)
