DAILY MEDITATIONS
OF THE MYSTERIES
OF OUR HOLY FAITH,
By the P. Alonso de Andrade
FROM THE COMPANY OF JESUS.
PRAYER TO BEGIN
By the sign of the Holy Cross, from our enemies delier us, Lord, our God. In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
My Lord and my God: I firmly believe that you are here, that you see me, that you hear me. I adore you with deep reverence. I ask you for forgiveness of my sins and grace to make this time of prayer fruit. My Mother Immaculate, Saint Joseph, my father and lord, my guardian Angel: intercede for me.

Meditation
The Epiphany of the Lord. (Mt 2.)
The Holy Gospel says: when Christ was born, the wise men of the East came to worship him, guided by a star; King Herod was troubled, and with him all his court; together with counsel, and by his order he sent them to Bethlehem; the star appeared to them that they had seen in the East with the great joy of their souls; they arrived and …More

“Interfaith Chapel” at a Catholic University

Thomas More University is the Catholic liberal arts university of the Diocese of Covington, Kentucky. As such, it operates under diocesan authority, including oversight of its Catholic identity, liturgical life, and the designation and use of worship spaces.
This arrangement remains under the oversight of the current diocesan bishop, Bishop John C. Iffert, who has publicly
defended a Mass associated with an LGBTQ support group, and in January 2024, removed ministerial faculties from priests critical of the post–Vatican II Roman Rite.
A concerned reader recently alerted the Lepanto Institute to the existence of a so-called “interfaith chapel” in operation on the campus of this Catholic university. Photos of the chapel supplied by the reader show Muslim prayer rugs, prayer beads, Jewish head coverings, and other religious materials linked to the religious practices of non-Christians. In light of this, the Lepanto Institute contacted the University for an explanation.

Program for Leo XIV’s Consistory – "Working Groups" Like the Synod

On 7–8 January, Pope Leo XIV will preside over the first extraordinary consistory of his pontificate. Time is short and the cardinals are many.
Day One: Opening and First Session
Registration will begin at noon on 7 January in the atrium of the Paul VI Hall.
After a welcome coffee, proceedings will not begin until 3:30 p.m. in the New Synod Hall with communal prayer, followed by greetings from the Dean of the College of Cardinals, Cardinal Giovanni Battista Re.
Leo XIV will then deliver an introductory address and outline the work to be undertaken.
Three Sessions Over Two Days
The consistory is structured in three sessions over two days and will rely on small working groups, which will later present group reports.
This method was previously used during the meeting of cardinals on the reform of the Roman Curia in late summer 2022. Traditionally, a consistory was conducted in a plenary, centralized format, quite different from the small-group method now being used.

Other prophecies also confirm this, there will be a (short) war in March of 2026 and the Great Warning will also happen that exact year.
We will lose internet for a period of time, because it's mostly just distraction...

St. John the Baptist Contra Effeminacy
A Voice Crying in the Wilderness: On the Helper Turned Snare
Repent.
For the order of creation has been inverted, and the curse still spreads.
Hear again the sentence God pronounced—not softened, not explained away:
“Because you have hearkened to the voice of your wife
and have eaten of the tree of which I commanded you,
cursed is the ground because of you.”
Because you listened.
Adam was not condemned for appetite first,
but for misplaced obedience.
She was created as helper—adiutorium, not governor;
crown, not commander;
aid for the good, not guide against God.
St. Augustine speaks plainly:
> “The woman was given to the man as a helper, but by sin she became an occasion of his fall—not by nature, but by disorder.”
(On Genesis, Against the Manichees)
This is the tragedy: the helper became a liability, not by her existence, but because Adam surrendered his post. He allowed the order of creation to turn against itself.
St. John Chrysostom declares: …More

The Cave of Saint Michael in Monte Sant'Angelo...

The footprint of Saint Michael the Archangel in the Cave of Monte Sant'Angelo (also known as the Sanctuary of San Michele Arcangelo) is a revered rock impression preserved within the sacred grotto in Puglia, Italy. Legend holds that the Archangel left this mark during his apparitions around 490-493 AD, consecrating the site himself without human intervention, making it a unique pilgrimage destination. The print is visible behind a glass encasement near the rear altar, symbolizing his presence and promise of protection and forgiveness.[5]
## Location Details
The cave lies deep within Monte Sant'Angelo, accessible via 86 stone steps descending from the basilica above. Pilgrims like St. Francis of Assisi visited, carving a Tau cross nearby out of reverence without entering fully. The site forms part of the "Sword of Saint Michael," a mystical line connecting seven Michael shrines across Europe to Israel.[3][4][5]

Dozens of Charlotte Priests Appeal to Vatican Over Liturgical Restrictions

31 priests of the Diocese of Charlotte have formally challenged recent liturgical directives issued by Bishop Michael Martin, submitting Dubia to of all places the Vatican.
The Substack.com account The Pillar reports that the priests’ letter to the Dicastery for Legislative Texts was sent on January 5. It questions whether the bishop has the authority to mandate the removal and prohibition of kneelers for Communion.
This a policy was announced in a “pastoral” letter by Bishop Martin on December 17. Temporary kneeling fixtures are required to be removed by Jan. 16.
Thirty-one priests are about a quarter of the diocesan presbyterate. They argue that kneeling for Communion is explicitly permitted by the General Instruction of the Roman Missal and part of the traditional liturgical practice of the Church.
Furthermore, the Dubia question Bishop Martin’s authority to prohibit certain vestments, liturgical prayers, gestures, and elements associated with the Mass of the Roman rite but …More
