They should have a big sign in front of this clinic that points an arrow at the ridiculous messages in the windows and says: 'Would you trust these "professionals" to perform surgery on you?'

And maybe have another sign next to it about the number of women who have suffered permanant physical damage as a result of the procedure performed by these people.
