Gavin de Becker: “Imagine this, some parents don’t want their kids to play football because they might have a head injury.” “But if the government mandated that you play football, we’d all be pretty pissed off.” “Parents decide whether their kids can take the bike out after sundown, whether they can sleep over at somebody’s house.” “They make all these decisions about safety, but they give over this vaccine decision as if it’s not their business.” “Something that Bobby Kennedy is pushing for, and I think will accomplish, is called joint decision making.” “And that is that the parent and the pediatrician will decide together on whether or not vaccines, when to give them, how many, which type, etc.”

When asked what the Church has done for music, Riccardo Muti explains that "the Church has made an enormous contribution to musical literature for centuries" and, moreover, "all great musicians have composed sacred music."
He added that there has always been a close connection between music and Christianity, so much so that "Christian martyrs went to their death singing" and Saint Augustine himself said that "'cantare amantis est': making music is proper to those who love, those who know how to love, those who believe in love."
Muti's answer could be completed by recalling that the Romans and Greeks played monophonic music: a single musical line played by all instruments or voices.
It was ecclesiastical composers in the cathedrals of the Middle Ages, such as those of the School of Notre Dame de Paris, who invented polyphony, the simultaneous playing of two or more musical lines. This was an absolute revolution that gave birth to harmony.
Also in the Middle Ages, instruments that needed …More

Today, Pope Leo XIV prayed with Orthodox and other schismatic Christians in Nicaea, reciting the Niceno-Constantinopolitan Creed in English. The Filioque clause was omitted. They prayed that the Holy Spirit "proceeds from the Father".

Trump blaming democrats for national guards shot by a 29 yr old afgan immigrant who came to the U.S. under a Trump's program on his first administration for Afgans who helped American soldiers in Afganistan. He stops using the incident as a political weapon after investigations release the facts of how and when the person enter the U.S., now Trump changed the topic, first he uses it to attack the democrat party then after facts come out he stops talking about the incident, he does not even show sympathy towards the guards shot.

Brussels Sparks Outrage with Faceless, “Inclusive” Nativity Scene – Allah's Willing Executioners

Screengrab youtube
The installation raised next to the Christmas tree that adorns Brussels’ Grand-Place this year, titled “
Fabrics of the Nativity,” has drawn criticism. While it includes the traditional figures of Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus, it replaces classic sacred imagery with life-size dolls dressed in recycled textiles. The figures have no faces, only patchwork patterns in beige and brown. According to organizers, this was meant to create “an inclusive mix of skin tones.” Critics argue it strips the nativity of its spiritual meaning and turns it into a political statement.
City officials say the old nativity scene was too damaged to keep. Mayor Philippe Close (PS) insisted Brussels would not follow other cities that removed their nativity displays, but admitted jokingly that as a secular mayor he didn’t want to handle the issue alone. The project was reviewed and approved by St. Michael and St. Gudula Cathedral—a decision that has raised eyebrows among those who expected a …

"When I read the first draft of the letter of the present bishop of Charlottesville to his people explaining why he felt obligated to remove permission for the celebration of the Traditional Mass, I was astounded at the sheer ignorance in the letter of the inner workings of the liturgy and of the total lack of understanding of the purpose of the liturgy of the Mass itself. To object to a missal stand and insist that the missal should lie flat on the altar and to object to a chalice veil is surely evidence of a profound ignorance of the very meaning of liturgy at its must basic level. There is nothing else to be said about that document."

The Bishops have so much love for neighbor that they applaud themselves -- but some of them don't seem to love their own Faithful

Love for Neighbor
by Fr. Richard Cipolla
The American bishops Special Message on immigration recently promulgated is certainly to be welcomed as an authentic and moderate Catholic response to and observation of the current state of attitude and response to the often callous and certainly unchristian behavior of those who are empowered to enforce immigration law. This way of enforcing immigration law may often be inhumane and contrary to the American ethos.
It is also contrary to Jesus’ understanding of human interaction that does not deny the law of the state to enforce just laws for the common good but also insists that one must love one’s neighbor as oneself. The Catholic bishops sent a message to those in charge of this country that violence in the name of law must not be tolerated.
And yet, I am deeply bothered by the reaction of the bishops to the overwhelming positive vote in favor of the statement. The reaction was applause. I should have thought that the reaction would be quiet …

Bishop Beckman: I Know You Are Hurting, But Go Pound Sand

Bishop Beckman did not even attempt to request a dispensation from Rome.
Earlier this month, Bishop Mark Beckman of the diocese of Knoxville
announced he planned to terminate the Traditional Latin Mass (TLM) in his diocese. On November 25, 2025, Bishop Mark Beckman sent a letter to the faithful confirming his plan to proceed with the TLM cancellation. His two-page letter can be basically summarized in four bullet points:
I have received numerous communications from you regarding the TLM.
I realize you are experiencing deep sadness.
I believe Pope Francis’ Traditionis Custodes was inspired by the Holy Spirit.
Thus, I have chosen not to ask for a TLM dispensation.
But don’t worry, Beckman will likely not impose any restrictions on modernist interpretations of the Novus Ordo.

Quote: "I believe Pope Francis’ Traditionis Custodes was inspired by the Holy Spirit." 😱 😲 🤪 😂 Now one sees why the modernists HAD to seize the papacy to get the remaining faithful in line!

Tucho: From Now On, ‘Co-Redemptrix’ Not Allowed in Liturgy or Vatican Documents

Cardinal Tucho Fernández clarified his November 4 clarification Mater Populi Fidelis on the Marian title Co-Redemptrix. He was asked about it by DianeMontagna.Substack.com after Tuesday’s press conference.
Regarding his formulation that “it is always inappropriate” to use the title Co-Redemptrix, Tucho claimed now that it is "not meant to judge the past". However, "from now on" it will not be used "either in the liturgy, that is, in liturgical texts, or in the official documents of the Holy See", he believes.
"If you, together with your group of friends, believe you understand well the true meaning of this expression, have read the document, and see that its positive aspects are also affirmed there, and you wish to express precisely that within your prayer group or among friends, you may use the title—but it will not be used officially, that is, either in liturgical texts or in official documents."
Tucho’s problem is "not its underlying doctrine", but the term itself that risks "…More
