Taize movement is not Catholic in any meaningful sense of the word. It is difficult to see how participating in a movement that eschews confessional ties and seeks no formal union with the Church of Rome does not violate the prescription of Canon 209 that Catholics maintain communion with the Church "even in their own manner of acting." Even if participating in Taize activities does not break communion, it is hard to see how it promotes it.

The junk children are fed as "prep" for the reception of the sacraments ie. going out during Mass to draw pictures and have disorderly processions where they present their little pictures at the offertory is so pathetic it beggars belief that these (mainly middle aged) woman preside at this drivel actually believe they are doing God's will.
