The comments the Pope made have been taken out of context as was his remarks in the recent Jesuit interview. The pope did make a poor choice of words but he did speak out about abortion last week and excommunicated a priest a few days ago which did not get hardly any coverage since it was announced in a Australian newspaper. The priest was speaking out in favor of same sex marriage and women priests, BTW.

Sanctity is greater than scandal. So I guess that means that there are no scandals like sex abuse of minors. This what Michael Voris calls the Church of Nice where everything is just wonderful. He is either naïve or in denial or wearing rose colored glasses. Pope John was the same way, too naïve about the real world and culture. Even the Pope Emeritus said last year living together was a serious sin. Or maybe in Francis's view there is no sin just bad choices.

I wish I could take part in this effort for the Pope Emeritus but I cannot because of the e mail system. I can't use Microsoft e mail because I got Roadrunner. I wish this effort to be a success however because I started reading most of Benedict's books right after his election and certainly most of his recent ones including Jesus of Nazareth one and two, and of course Lumen Fide which I know is mostly his work because it does not sound like Francis when you read it. I still love and miss him … [More]

Besides being less respectful and reverent CIH is also a heresy that was condemned by the SPANISH BISHOPS in two separate council. One was in Toledo. It was called Priscilla. It was that we can actually grasp and take God in our own hands and contain Him. Pope Paul did NOT approve of it but the bishops in Europe did it anyway so the Pope dispensed it. He would allow standing but not receiving in the hand. In 1970 I received my first Communion standing but ON THE TONGUE with the male altar … [More]

I think the problem started after Mother Angelica left EWTN and than the two lay men took it over. Pope Benedict called these kind of faithful in the book Light of the World. PROFESSIONAL CATHOLICS his words not Mike Voris. But even my local radio station here in Cincinnati keeps asking for money constantly as well. In all fairness once in a while they will admit there is a serious problem but like it was said NO bad words about the Bishops. Well BIshop Sheen did not think like this nor did … [More]

I am glad to see the change the Pope Emeritus made to the rite of Baptism earlier this year. The phrase CHRISTIAN Community is vague and sounds almost indifferentism. The Church of God sounds more like having a stronger Catholic identity. As far as the Lectionary all of these things probably won't be in use too much longer. According to a cleric who did not name himself in 5O years there will be no more New Mass

Yes indeed and it all started IMHO in September 1968 after Pope Venerable Paul VI published Human Life with the WINNEPEG STATEMENT. It all went down from there in the false idea of COLLEGIALITY or what is really a parallel Magisterium. Let's face it and say it these Bishops are MODERNISTS

We now have it from the Pope Emeritus personality secretary that the story from Zenit was patently invented and was NOT true. He ought to know. So much for the Vatican officials who confirmed it. I will take his word over theirs any old day. Thank you for the update

This is probably the most disgusting thing I have ever seen at a rally "Masturbation instead of Communion" Indeed. Masturbation is not a Sacrament that will save you by The Eucharist is. These people the Homosexual Activists radicals talk on endlessly about Tolerance but just where is their tolerance for those they disagree with? As far as calling the Pope a pig, they treated Blessed Pius IX the same way by trying to through his coffin in the Tiber back in 1881, by Freemasons. Some things do not … [More]

What on Earth is a book review that came out 1O years ago be doing in the Commentary Section from the Author who likes to use uncharitable comments like using the term "Neo-Catholics" or "neo-Modernists" This man is a practicing Integral Catholic which the last Pope Benedict had to deal with during World War I. This serves no purpose but to further "divide and conquer" the Church that the Obama Administration wants. Why not cover all of the "Religious Liberty" rallies that took place all over … [More]

I personally think that there is some element of truth to this but it is really nothing new about it except the mainstream and even sometimes the Catholic Media covers these issues as the Pope himself said today at the weekly Audience is a big problem. I think that while Cardinal Bertone may not have the proper diplomatic skills that the last Secretary Angelo Sedano had that would not be a reason to betray the Pope himself by stealing his own personal documents which is not only treasonous … [More]
