Pope Benedict XVI would never have said such an idiotic statement. But, of course Frances is no Benedict XVI!

Obama didn't deserve the Nobel Peace Prize. He hasn't accomplished anything yet and he doesn't deserve to win Any prize, unless it be for the most Unpatriotic President award. He was barely in office and did Nothing as a senator. In his acceptance speech, Obama admitted that he did not deserve the Prize. That was the first and probably the last honest statement we'll ever hear from the guy. ...as for the committee of decision makers of above 'prize', they have proven to the world their ignorance and has caused this once honorable and prestigious award to become nothing more than a 'carnival' prize.

St. Paul seemed to warn us of different doctrine when it comes from a source with a specific office or dignity" "...there are some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema. As we said: If any one preach to you a gospel, besides that which you have received, let him be anathema." (Gal. 1:7-9) St. Paul gives us a principle to remember: "brethren, stand fast; and hold the traditions which you have learned, whether by word, or by our epistle." (2Thess. 2:14) Immutable truth is found in tradition. Many people today recognize the heresies that are infesting the Church and are trying to heed St. Paul's words.

@Bonifatius-Franz ... saw that vid the other day..was very disappointing. Let's hope and pray that he will offer and openly defend the use of the ancient and holy Latin Mass. After Benedict XVI stated that the "liturgical reform was a rupture integrated into the Church" .. who could ever dismiss such an honest interpretation of the novus ordo...I don't see how any pope would not pursue the traditional Latin Mass throughout the world. And quickly discipline those who work against it. Let us watch and see if pope Francis does anything about the future of this most Holy Mass.
