Could you specifically say to whom those letters, e-mails and signing-lists should be sent and briefly indicate what points must the letters include?

Some have indicated that they want to write to the involved bishops themselves thinking that by informing these men of their heresy that this alone will cause them to rethink their decision to support the morning-after pill.
