The Polish Bishops’ Conference has invited Pope Leo XIV to visit Poland. Archbishop Tadeusz Wojda of Gdańsk delivered the invitation during a private audience, noting that 2027 would be a fitting occasion as the Church marks the 150th anniversary of the Marian apparitions in Gietrzwałd. The Pope said his schedule for 2026–27 is already full but that he would consider the visit. According to Monsignor Wojda, Leo XIV expressed his affection for Poland and recalled visiting the country many times before.

Poland is close to the Holy Father's heart
The President of the Polish Bishops’ Conference, Archbishop Tadeusz Wojda SAC, pointed out that ‘the Pope received us with great kindness’ and ‘took a keen interest in various matters’. ‘He said that he had visited Poland many times, that Poland is very close to his heart, and that he was happy that we could talk together,’ Archbishop Wojda noted.
‘I presented the Holy Father with a letter inviting him to Poland,’ said the President of the Polish Bishops’ Conference, adding that such invitations had already been extended by the former and current Presidents of the Republic of Poland and by some bishops. Archbishop Wojda emphasised that he told the Pope that 2027 marks the 150th anniversary of the apparitions in Gietrzwałd, so ‘it is a good opportunity …

This past June, Rorate reported on a Pennsylvania parish reeling from a persecution of traditional pastors.
The year has not even ended, and the parish (Mary, Queen of Saints, in Aliquippa), under new administration, will now not only remain without the Traditional Mass -- but now even its Novus Ordo will have the use of altar rails banned. You may kneel if you want to (they can't abolish the general law), but without any support.

New research published by Amnesty International exposes the disturbing internal workings of Intellexa, and its constellation of digital espionage products. This includes ‘Predator’, a highly invasive resource linked to grave human rights abuses in multiple countries. Intellexa’s menacing technology allows government customers to access target smartphones’ cameras, microphones, encrypted chat apps, emails, GPS locations, photos, files, browsing activity, and more. It’s just the latest example of an Israeli-linked spyware specialist acting with no consideration for the law - although one wouldn’t know that from Amnesty’s …

Homosex "Blessing" in Argentinian Cathedral: On 10 December, ElWanderer.com published the audio message from an anonymous Catholic woman who was horrified by a blessing of homosexuals in the Cathedral of San Isidro in the Buenos Aires Province of Argentina. The sacrilege occurred a few weeks ago. The woman's words in the audio are as follows: "In the cathedral, in the chapel where the tabernacle is, right in front of the Blessed Sacrament, at 6:15 p.m., they have just performed a blessing for two lesbian women dressed as brides in front of God, before the living Lord in the tabernacle. I told the priest: 'One thing is accompaniment, but we can’t consent to sin, much less bless it.' He replied, 'It's pastoral.'"

Elwanderer.com: " Les pido que escuchen este breve audio de una mujer católica horrorizada por lo que acababa de ver en la catedral de San Isidro. El hecho ocurrió hace pocas semanas."

Here's the architect of 'Traditionis Custodes.'
In this video, Andrea Grillo launches into a delirious speech in support of the ordination of women. Just look at how impeccably “measured” he is, professionally speaking, and how reliable his argument sounds. He, the great champion of the fight against Summorum Pontificum and Benedict XVI.

The ordination of women is eventually the ordination of trans-men.

He's making a logical argument. If it is acceptable for women to lead men in the private and public sphere, logically they can lead men in the ecclesial realm. The problem is that that it is unnatural for women to govern men in any sphere, domestic, public or ecclesial. 1 Cor 11:1-3.

I basically agree with this. I will say, that one driver of feminism is the lack of respect and porno culture. One aspect of the subversion when men subvert their own girls.

Real Men Read Poetry

COMMENTARY: Great literature shows us who we are. It is like a mirror that shows us ourselves. It shows us our character, our personality, our personhood.

“The coming peril,” wrote the great Catholic writer G.K. Chesterton, “is standardization by a low standard.” How right he was.
Today, more than a hundred years after these words were written, literacy levels have plummeted and the number of people who regularly read books has dropped dramatically.
The problem is especially marked among men. Many men spend their lives gazing at screens and never open the pages of a book. Most of us spend more time bowing our heads over our personal devices than we spend bowing our heads in prayer or in reading a good work of literature.
For many of us, our gadgets have become “godgets,” to which we are not merely attached but to which we are chained addictively. The real test of whether our attachment to our …

Bishop and Church Representatives Praise Blasphemous Exhibition in Vienna

The museum Künstlerhaus in Vienna, Austria, is presenting an exhibition titled “You Shall Make Yourself an Image.” It opened in late October 2025 and runs through 8 February 2026.
The exhibition features about 40 provocateurs (“artists”) mocking Christian imagery.
Catholic organizations and online petitions describe the exhibit as “blasphemous,” “insulting,” and as mocking key Christian symbols such as the crucifixion and imagery of the Virgin Mary.
Works criticized include:
- A wolf dressed in liturgical garments
- A crucified frog
- Portrayals of Mary as a trans woman or other provocative reinterpretations
The Austrian right-wing party FPÖ (Austrian Freedom Party) condemned the exhibition as “a scandalous mockery of Christianity” and demanded that it be shut down, especially since it runs during Advent and Christmas and receives public funding.
On Monday, a group of Catholics gathered outside the museum to protest the exhibition, including an act of penance prayer.

'Seditious Six' Democrat Elissa Slotkin Throws Military Under Bus After Calling on Service Members to Launch Coup Against Trump - Slay News

Democrat Senator Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) is facing mounting criticism after appearing in a video that encouraged U.S. service members to launch a military coup against President Donald Trump.
The message, which
called on troops to ignore “illegal orders,” was widely considered an act of sedition and interpreted as a direct challenge to Trump and War Secretary Pete Hegseth.
Slotkin, a former CIA analyst, joined five Democrat lawmakers with military backgrounds in the video, which strongly implied that unlawful or improper orders either were being issued or soon would be.
The group of Democrats in the video earned the name “Seditious Six” over the controversy.
During a recent interview, instead of walking back the message, Slotkin defended the video by suggesting that active-duty troops and military families had pressed her to make it.
