New Epstein emails released
Sex offender Jeffrey Epstein referred to ... as the "dog that hasn't barked" and told his former companion Ghislaine Maxwell that an alleged victim had "spent hours at my house" with him, according to email correspondence released Wednesday by Democrats on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
"I want you to realize that that dog that hasn't barked is trump," Epstein wrote in a typo-riddled message to Maxwell in April 2011. "[Victim] spent hours at my house with him ,, he has never once been mentioned."
"I have been thinking about that ... " Maxwell replied.

Epstein flatly asserted that he “knew about the girls,” many of whom were later found by investigators to have been underage. In another, Mr. Epstein pondered how to address questions from the news media about their relationship as he was becoming a national political figure.

According to Luis Badilla, Father Marko Rupnik was seen acting as a confessor at St. Mary Major Basilica on October 30th, where Bergoglio is buried. He was wearing the vestments typically worn by Dominicans. Badilla considers this information "quite credible." From a canonical point of view, Bergoglio lifted the excommunication imposed on Rupnik in May 2020, so Rupnik can exercise his priestly powers, Badilla writes.

St. Peter's: Listening Rooms or Psychoanalysis Rooms?

St. Peter's: Listening Rooms or Psychoanalysis Rooms? The news was first reported by As But today, Is it …

SAINT: In the confessional, the Holy Cure of Ars did not need to “listen” much as God granted him the gift of reading people’s souls and, therefore, their sins. Saved time 😀and “Listening Room” costs.
SINNER: From a long line of kabbalists (satanists), Freud, the pseudo-therapist, ‘listened’ but he did not hear as he focused on the Ego, himself, not his patients. Freud fueled long term psychosis and hysteria with his fiendish lines of coke (medicine) and his kabbalistic manipulation and exploitation of sick people’s weaknesses. Hysterical women were his special prey. Cocaine soothed them temporarily and made them vulnerable before they relapsed, worse, into their psychoses. He stuffed white cotton in their nasal passages when their sinus walls perforated.
We don’t need expense gimmicks but the saints’ time-tested and true ascetic example of mortification that lead us along the path of salvation to heaven, man’s end and goal.

At 78, her hands were too crippled to sew. So she picked up a paintbrush for the first time—and became one of America's most famous artists. Anna Mary Robertson Moses was 76 years old in 1936, living on a farm in Eagle Bridge, New York. She'd spent her entire life working—farmer's daughter, hired girl, farmer's wife. Seventy-six years of labor raising ten children (five died in infancy), running a farm, churning butter, making soap, surviving. No art. No hobbies. No time for creativity. Just survival. By then, her husband was dead. Her children were grown. And arthritis had crippled her hands so badly she couldn't hold an embroidery needle anymore—the one small creative outlet she'd had. Her sister suggested: "Why not paint instead? "Anna had never painted. She had no training, no art education, no idea what she was doing. But she was bored and her hands needed something to do. So she started painting. Using old boards and scraps of canvas. Cheap house paints. Whatever brushes she …More

Spain: Abuse Narrative Fueled, Bishop Steps Aside, Valley of the Fallen Before Eviction

For several days, Spain’s newspaper El País has filled its pages with reports of alleged sexual abuse within the Catholic Church. Here is why.
Vatican investigation against Spanish bishop
One case centers on a Vatican investigation into Bishop Rafael Zornoza Boy, 76, of Cádiz y Ceuta. He is accused of homosexually abusing a male minor in the 1990s while serving as rector of the Getafe seminary.
Bishop Zornoza denies the charge as "false".
He has stepped back from duties while the Vatican inquiry proceeds. A canonical tribunal in Madrid, under the supervision of the Archbishop of Seville, is handling the case.
Abuse-"coverage" as political control
Carlos Balén argues on InfoVaticana.com on November 12 that the wave of abuse coverage is about political control.
He sees it as a strategy to keep a weakened Church submissive by constantly reviving its scandals: “The Spanish bishops are hostages of their own guilt,” Balén writes.
“For fear that someone might pronounce their name next to …More

breski1 on Nov 13, 2007 In 1595, when today’s saint was a boy, the Orthodox bishop of Brest-Litovsk (famous in World War I) in Belarus and five other bishops representing millions of Ruthenians, sought reunion with Rome. John Kunsevich (Josaphat became his name in religious life) was to dedicate his life and die for the same cause. Born in what was then Poland, he went to work in Wilno and was influenced by clergy adhering to the Union of Brest (1596). He became a Basilian monk, then a priest, and soon was well known as a preacher and as an ascetic.

On Monday, Rev. Toni Faber, the rector of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna, presented a mobile confessional in front of the cathedral. It will be available for confessions in several districts on the first day of the week. Inside, there are two armchairs, a few lamps, and a carpeted floor. A wooden cross hangs on the partition wall separating it from the driver's compartment. Faber's aim is to make it as easy as possible for people to confess before the start of Advent, and to do so in an allegedly sustainable way using an electric vehicle.

"Gleich beim Einstieg - also dort, wo das Kreuz hängt."

There is a church almost on every street of Vienna. This is just another photo op. I would not want to hear the confessions. They are likely to be just psychological dialogs.
The most accessible confessional is always that wooden box with curtain.

Leo XIV Implements Processes That Francis Set in Motion - Cardinal Czerny

Leo XIV is in perfect continuity with Francis and implements processes that Francis set in motion, Curia Cardinal Michael Czerny, 79, told ApNews.com (November 7):
“The transition from one Holy Father to another is not primarily a transition in policies,” Cardinal Czerny said. A change in governments from one party to the next can signal a break, but "here it would be a mistake to look for that."
There are "stylistic differences in the person" but "not in the teaching".
