Please put on CC because he tells us a lot about the Church. The oldest Catholic Church in Russia. Built in 1773. I am adding a comment from below video. The CATHOLIC Church of St Catherine in St Petersburg, Russia The Catholic Church of St Catherine (Russian: Католическая церковь Святой Екатерины) in St. Petersburg is the oldest Catholic church in Russia, and the only church with the title of basilica (status granted on 23 July 2013). It is located on the Nevsky Prospekt in St Petersburg, Russia, and is a part of the Archdiocese of Moscow headed by Msgr. Paolo Pezzi. The CATHOLIC Church of St Catherine in St Petersburg, Russia Comment from under the video. Visited this church in the early 2000’s. Lovely feeling. The soviets used it as a warehouse. The unfinished chapel is a poignant vision of what those Godless people did to the church. Apparently before the revolution there were over 20 Catholic parishes in St. Petersburg area. 20 years ago?
In 2005 I completed six years of medical training and started work as a hospital-based doctor. It was here where I met my husband Mark who was considered a ‘veteran’ resident doctor with six years of practice already under his belt. However, it was not to be our lives’ work: Mark quit the medical profession in 2016 while I left permanently in the early days of The COVID-19 Fraud. The system rewards doctors with praise and almost guaranteed high incomes leading many participants to believe they are doing the right thing. It is paradigm changing to find out that the Healthcare System is a Hoax and, in fact, Medicine is a Killing Field. Nevertheless, it all starts to make sense when it is realised that the foundational concepts such as Germ Theory are invalid. Once you are aware of the fatal flaws in allopathic medicine you have an ethical duty to speak out about its catastrophic harms. Just as important is the instruction of how to be truly well through Terrain Therapy. But beware …
At today’s presentation of the sexual psychology document Una caro. Elogio della monogamia, Tucho Fernández linked celibacy with abuse, reports German agency KNA. A priest cannot expect to fill his feelings of loneliness with another person, he said, noting that this can give rise to abuse: "I have to resolve my feelings of emptiness, loneliness, and psychological problems in other ways." For decades, many experts have pointed out that there is no evidence that celibate men are more likely to be pedophiles than the general male population. Psychologists and criminologists also emphasize that celibacy itself does not increase the likelihood of pedophilic tendencies [but how about porn?]. Furthermore: Data from Germany indicate that the extent of sexual abuse in Protestant and Catholic institutions is comparable. #newsCsohvpenln
Full quote: “Certainly what is said about non-possession also applies to us. As a priest, I cannot presume to fill my sense of loneliness by using another person. Abuse also comes from there, doesn’t it? From my sense of emptiness, of loneliness. I should look for other ways, not another person who can satisfy these needs. This also applies to the celibate.”
If the Vatican took proper proactive measures to stop the abuse, such as knife castration, we would not have to ponder issues as such. The real reason why these buggers wish to have married priest, like the Orthodox, is so that two homosexual priest can then be married, then freely, without condemnation, pork each other right before saying Liturgy.
"Father Bernard, I want you to reassure me, and then I will be certain! In a vision two years ago I saw you as a man able to stare at the sun without flinching, a courageous man. And I wept because I blush so much - because I am so timid! Good Father, through your kindness I have found a place in your soul, so that now, if you will, you can reveal to me through your word whether you want me to say these things openly or whether I should keep quiet."
[HILDEGARD OF BINGEN was born into a noble family in Bermersheim in 1098. At the age of eight her family gave her into the care of a religious noblewoman, Jutta of Spanheim, who took Hildegard with her to become a recluse at the Disibodenberg monastery. Some time between 1112 and 1115, when the monastery became a convent, Hildegard took religious vows. After Jutta’s death in 1136, Hildegard was elected abbess at Disibodenberg. At this time she started to write about the visions she had been experiencing. Her first work, Scivias, appeared with Papal approval in 1151, just after she had established her own religious community at Rupertsberg, near Bingen. Her collection of religious songs, the Symphonia, appeared in 1158. She then produced a number of other works, including The Book of Life’s Merits (c. 1163), The Book of Divine Works (c. 113), lives of local saints, and various musical, scientific and medical works. She also invented a private language, which formed the basis of two short …More
Gv 18, 37
Mon Nov 24, 2025 - 12:48 pm ESTMon Nov 24, 2025 - 12:48 pm EST (LifeSiteNews) — Pope Leo XIV, in a new apostolic letter, recalls the Nicene Creed in its original form — without the Filioque — as the foundation of the Christian faith, emphasizing the primacy of the ecumenical path. On Sunday, November 23, the Pope published an apostolic letter dedicated to the 1700th anniversary of the Council of Nicaea, In Unitate Fidei (“In the Unity of Faith”), in which he proposes renewed momentum for an ecumenical profession of faith. “We share the same faith in the one and only God, the Father of all people; we confess together the one Lord and true Son of God, Jesus Christ, and the one Holy Spirit, who inspires us and impels us towards full unity and the common witness to the Gospel. Truly, what unites us is much greater than what divides us,” wrote the Pontiff. In the text, aimed at promoting the unity of Christians with reference to the first professions of faith, Pope Leo XIV cites the …
Tucho Fernández, Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, released on November 25 the document on monogamy, titled ‘Una caro. Elogio della monogamia’. This 156-paragraph, 40-page text essentially compiles what has been said throughout history about matrimony, from the Book of Genesis and the Church Fathers to Popes, philosophers, pagan cultures, and poets. For example, Fernández quotes Hindu sources such as the Manusmṛti, the Bhagavata Purana and the Thirukkural to affirm the value of monogamy. The document was written after discussions with African Bishops on polygamy and also on polyamorous relations, growing in the West. During the press conference, Tucho couldn’t help himself but make a pro-homosexual “joke”. He said that about how 40 years ago, people used to say that Romans had a wife, but they also had another woman and another man. In the document itself, Tucho does not appear to have committed one of his usual doctrinal errors, nor does he seem to have granted …More
I believe this is a diversion tactic, to take the mind of the Laity off the Pope Leo visit to Turkey to help promote his one world church. Just like when Jimmy Martin pisses everyone off, Captian (Asspacker) Cupich immediately chimes out loud to put the bullseye elsewhere. Other that than - this unholy fag is an abomination
Since 1 September 2025, the Greek Catholic Church in Hungary has omitted the 'Filioque' from the Creed during the Divine Liturgy. This decision to abandon a Catholic tenet in order to appease the schismatic Orthodox was announced on Hd.gorogKatolikus.hu. The article argues that, in recent decades, Pope John Paul II prayed with Orthodox patriarchs, omitting the 'Filioque'. It claims that this change is not an innovation, but a return to a text prayed by ancestors. The current version states that the "Holy Spirit [...] proceeds from the Father". However, this can easily be misunderstood. According to the Western Church, the Holy Spirit proceeds "from the Father and the Son". The Eastern fathers said, what is also legitimately formulated, that he proceeds "from the Father through the Son". However, the Holy Spirit does not proceed from the Father alone. #newsBihsfdbpvh
The original form of the Creed does not have the Filioque. Just a reminder - the Creed that is recited as the Nicaean Creed is actually the Nicaean-Constantinopolitan Creed. It was formulated at the 1st General Council in Nicaea in the year 325 and then updated to the modern usage at the 2nd General Council known as 1st Constantinople in the year 381. Look up both versions - they are very different from each other. The 381 Creed can be read in full here in English translation: CHURCH FATHERS: First Council of Constantinople … You will notice that it is very familiar, but in the original form it does not have the Filioque (proceeds from the Son). Do a double take on that. Common Roman Catholic thought these days is that the Filioque is necessary. But including the Filioque is not what the General Council (which was an authoritative body of the assembled Church in a decision in union with the Pope of Rome) established. Remember from our Church history that the first use of the …More
Escobar also questioned provisions involving the confiscation of Russian assets to fund Ukraine’s reconstruction. He described such measures as unacceptable to the Kremlin and a likely deal-breaker, adding that only a fifth of the proposed plan acknowledges Russia’s demands, while failing to reflect Moscow’s current battlefield leverage. It would be unacceptable to anyone. Not just the Kremlin. This is just another mess from Trump and his administration. Another deception pretending they want peace. Making a peace plan that is worthless, but making sure people see it as a peace plan.
I thank GOD for two things in this mess Europe and the US has made in Ukraine and Russia. 1. I see the truth of exactly what the Russians say and not the propaganda we get. 2. I hear from people who are actually in Russia keeping communications going and trying to see if there is anything they can do to help and stop the propaganda. Many people are in and out of Russia. They talk directly to Sergey Lavrov and Maria Zakharova and others in Russia. Larry Johnson I believe may still be in Russia talking to them. As we can see in his article Pepe Escobar is back again. And Rick Sanchez who has a studio in Russia. They have first hand information from Russia. Not speaking for them. Not twisting what anyone says. Not editing anything. But real conversations as they happen.
Overflow With Grace Before The Hour Comes The Gospel reading emphasizes the importance of being prepared for the Lord’s return, not by focusing on our own salvation, but by striving to love God more. This love should be pure and selfless, not driven by personal gain or comparison to others, but by a genuine desire to reciprocate God’s love. By focusing on loving God more, we naturally align ourselves with His will and ensure our readiness for His return. Fr. Altier’s Daily Homilies Fr. (NewsNation) — Ukraine and the United States have agreed to a deal to end the four-year war with Russia, with some details still to be worked out, a U.S. official confirmed to NewsNation early Tuesday. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will head to Washington, D.C., to finalize the agreement at the “earliest suitable date” this month, Ukrainian national security adviser Rustem Umerov announced. “Our delegations reached a common understanding on the core terms of the agreement discussed in Geneva,” Umerov said on social media. White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said there were “a few delicate, but not insurmountable, details” left to work out — and they will require “further talks between Ukraine, Russia, and the United States.” The news comes as U.S. officials, led by Army Secretary Dan Driscoll, continue to meet with Russian representatives in Abu Dhabi. “The talks are going well, and we remain optimistic. Secretary Driscoll is closely synchronized with the White …
