This statue by Jacopo Sansovino in the Roman church of Sant'Apostino is venerated as the Madonna del Parto, the Madonna of Childbirth. It was commissioned in 1516 and older documents refer to it as the "Madonna of Stone" since carved statues of Our Lady were still uncommon at the time.
