I know of this kind from my days as a protestant. My wifes pastor used this defense to try to stop her from revaling his attempted rape of her after refusing his advances by phone and unannounced visits for many years. He felt she should aknowledge his good work in the community as proof of his calling and declared that in the end it would be his word against hers. Well, after getting his rump handed …More

Well, after getting his rump handed to him he finally found his true calling cleaning colons at the local enema clinic. all glory goes to God 🤗

Do you know this person? This is a holy priest, the kind we desperately need more of. I do know him and God knows his heart is true. Pray for God’s will to be done. 🙏🙏

How much longer do we have to hear the self grandizement of this egomaniac? This guy is so full himself it is mind boggeling. Seek a good confessor and read the lives of humble saints. I am not saying this out of spite. God knows I have my own issues to deal with. We are all sinners with the baggage of original sin that we carry throughout our lives.

Pray for John Ezkiel 18: "But if a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits sin and does the same detestable things the wicked man does, will he live? None of the righteous things he has done will be remembered. None of the righteous things he has done will be remembered. Because of the unfaithfulness he is guilty of and because of the sins he has committed, he will die. 25“Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not just.’ Hear, O house of Israel: Is my way unjust? Is it not your ways that are unjust? 26If a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits sin, he will die for it; because of the sin he has committed he will die. 27But if a wicked man turns away from the wickedness he has committed and does what is just and right, he will save his life. 28Because he considers all the offenses he has committed and turns away from them, he will surely live; he will not die.

I recognize a veiled confession of wrongdoing by Fr. Corapi here. He basically is rationalizing and intellectualizing his "crossing over the line of no return" and making no attempt to change from the ways that made his crossover. He has a "that's the way it is" attitude that is nothing less than pride and an unwillingness to give up the things of this world that once again have ensnared him.

By your fruits you will know them? Walking out on a vow of obedience and priesthood is not a fruit one should be proud to harvest.
