Traditional Latin Mass- Servants of the Holy Family.

www.servi.org - Traditional Latin Mass - Holy Week and Easter Sunday are the center of the Catholic Church's Liturgical Year. This season is especially solemn at Servants of the Holy Family where the Traditional Latin Mass is offered.
The ceremonies and sacred events of each day have their origins in the life of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Apostles.
The first celebration of Holy Week is Palm Sunday -- one week before Easter. The ceremonies of this day are filled with both joy and sadness. In the Blessing of the Palms and the Procession of the Palms, we relive Christ's entry into Jerusalem -- a truly joyous recollection and proclamation of Our Lord's Kingship. But the Procession also carries with it the memory of the Passion of Our Lord. And sorrow becomes entwined with our joy.

They have devotional ceremonies throughout the year like Holy Week, Stations of the Cross, Benediction, Holy Hour and Rosary. Their sermons explain the truths of the faith clearly and with love. I have not met such priests anywhere else. They have catechism, individual instruction and spiritual guidance. Their choir singing is uplifting and is available on CD or their website. They publish a catechism, calendar, aspirations booklet and have many sacramentals like scapulars and Miraculous Medals. SHF is located near the subdivision at Woodmen and Marksheffel and has a beautiful and devotional chapel with shrines and wonderful statues of many popular saints. The chapel is surrounded by a wooded landscape which is so quiet and peaceful that I felt a calm come over as I drove in. They are friendly to guests and show them around while explaining the relics and other historical items. I left there spiritually charged and refreshed until I am able to visit there again.

As is plain to see, the beauty and devotion are amazing at Servants of the Holy Family, full of love for the true Faith without compromise or carelessness, which is why I have been attending Mass here for 32 years, since I was 25!

I have been attending Mass at Servants of the Holy Family Chapel for the last 37 years. All of these things that I have been lucky enough to learn first hand are also saved on either video or audio form on the website. On the website you can learn about Saints of each day plus they have an ebook for great reading on every Sunday along with live streaming of the Mass and a liturgical calendar.
If you ever get the opportunity to attend this Mass then please do. If not then view the website and you will find a great treasure of information about our Catholic faith.

This video from Servants of the Holy Family about Holy Week and Easter at their beautiful chapel is so inspirational and devotional. In a few minutes they have summarized the entire practice of the traditional Catholic Faith for the most solemn time of the year. Hopefully, you will be moved to learn more at servi.org

I did some digging and here is what I've found: www.thedenverchannel.com/news/3919039/detail.html
I also went to their website and could not find any information about their connection to the Pope. Hmmm, at least the SSPX recognizes B16 as the current Pope.More

Pardon my ignorance. Why is one of the servers dressed up like a Cardinal? Seems like he is wearing a zuchetto.
