And what I learned from Art School is that they believe and teach is that any and all Christian religions are myths and people really should not believe such things. When I see Art
like this I know that it is a mockery inspired by the evil one.
The spiritual line of thought that these styles of art work stem
from are based in Communism idealogy, Constructivism, expressionism, artistic internventionalism (graffiti, and installation art.
They are both Russian based from the beginning fo the 20th
century. Contructivism, the geometric shapes was the art the
communist came up with for their new Modernist nation,
experssionism, is an art movement that has great basis in
Pantheism read about Kandinsky, artistic interventionalism comes
from artist who want to change cultures via art, and Installation
art, the idea you can put the viewer into the artwork and
express something that is almost inpregnable via a 2 dimensional
plane.
The painting of the Church using all of these various techniques
signfied to that these movement based out of Communism are
starting to cover the Church.

When you think of a church, a certain kind of architecture and colors come to mind.

One church in Washington D.C., however, looks anything but typical.

Hense, an Atlanta based talented artist has turned the outside of the historic religious building into a bold, colorful mural.

It is located across the street from a planned 20,000 square foot museum and hotel. Utilizing latex paint, Hense turned the entire church from rather drab to bold.

The structure now boasts an abstract and contemporary feel. It is painted in varying bright colors including red, bright pink, yellow, green and orange.

There are some graffiti works, as the building boasts several scribbled strokes, some of which were painted over but can still be seen underneath the coating. Then there are circular shapes painted on the building, making them look like multi-colored polka dots from a distance.

Even the windows and doors were painted over in vibrant colors. The church mural serves as a thing of architectural beauty and has also brought the building back to life.

How do you like it?
