Philippine Duchesne ou Rose-Philippine Duchesne (née le 29 août 1769 à Grenoble (France) et morte le 18 novembre 1852 à Saint-Charles, Missouri (USA), était une religieuse catholique française. Elle développa considérablement en Amérique la Société du Sacré-Cœur de Jésus fondée en 1800 par Madeleine-Sophie Barat et évangélisa les indiens Potawatomi.
