Before you accuse people of "denying your fundamental right of freedom of speech", you should actually read and study the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Your fundamental rights aren't absolute. For example, you cannot go into a packed theatre and yell "fire" when there is no fire because doing so would create a panic and unnecessary risk to the safety and well-being of the people there.
