Jim Condit Jr. is friends with Ku Klux Klan, pedophiles and is a sedevacantist-it is all over the internet and I invite people to educate themselves on this clown. Condit is involved in politics and would like nothing better than to use Gloria tv as free publicity for his perverted viewpoints. I can see why you like this guy Trady!

@Gregory, also, you assume I am with the SSPX. You should never "assume". But I will add, those that are now enjoying the spread of the traditional Latin Masses can thank the SSPX!

I am deeply saddened that obstinate sinners who harbor those who openly break the laws of the United States think that somehow they are not only above the Law but that they are not sinning. And to compound their arrogance, they freely advise others who do obey the laws of this country that somehow, in their twisted logic, they are the people who are guilty of sin.

@Gregory.....Why aren't you just as/or More concerned with the high percentage rate that an active homosexual priest might be giving you communion. Or a priest who does not recite the words of Consecration according to the rubrics, which would cause it to be an invalid mass, or a priest who tries to refuse you communion because your on your knees to receive or a priest who tells you not to recite …More

Or a priest who does not recite the words of Consecration according to the rubrics, which would cause it to be an invalid mass, or a priest who tries to refuse you communion because your on your knees to receive or a priest who tells you not to recite the rosary because it is outdated, or a priest who says, (refering to the Pope), "what they do in Rome, they do in Rome, we in America do things a different way. Or a priest who tells a loved one in your family to "Get up" because she is on her knees to receive communion, or a priest who tells you to take off your veil! All these in the modern novus ordo church has happened to me...well, if that doesn't give concern about these "priests" who are said to be "in union" with Rome, I don't know what does.

Also, I love my country and Americans should not have to be footing the bill to pay for Illegal Aliens who come here and break the Law! Many who are Drugs Dealers, Gang members, Murderers. That Gregory is a"true" concern!

Gregory there are degrees of schism in the Catholic Church. All 7 Sacraments in SSPX are valid. Granted SSPX has been a little naughty at times but not bad enough for their being separated from the Graces of the Catholic church. The ordination of priests and bishops without Papal approval is not good and needs to be changed in SSPX and sedevacantists that reside in SSPX need to be reprimanded. …More

However SSPX is noble in the reverance shown in Traditional Latin Mass and this I find a very good thing. I think that the Catholic Church really needs to crack down on abuses within masses that have been allowed to occur without consequence in certain churches within Catholicism not being labled in a state of schism that truly should be labled as such.

We can only pray for the reformation of so-called "Catholics" who are obstinate and unrepentant in their sin after the fact by either harboring or consorting with individuals who have entered the United States illegally. Unlike Catholcs who attend SSPX chapels, Catholics who ignore the laws of their host country are sinning. Catholics and all residents are obliged to respect the civil laws including the immigration laws of the country in which they enter/reside. Refusal to obey and to ignore the laws of the host country is a sin.

“States have the right to regulate migration flows and to defend their own frontiers, always guaranteeing the respect due to the dignity of each and every human person. Immigrants, moreover, have the duty to integrate into the host country, respecting its laws and its national identity.”

Catholic Laymen Incur No Penalty

Following this quote in the German interview, Cardinal Castrillón (retired Prefect of the Congregation for the Clergy ) emphasized again what he said in the March 17 interview, his fearing the possibility of schism and heresy, quoting St. Jerome. However, the fact remains that the lay faithful who attend SSPX masses to fulfill their Sunday obligation are not sinning nor incurring any canonical penalty by doing so.

In a 30 Days interview appearing soon after Bishop Fellay's August 29, 2005 meeting with the Holy Father, Cardinal Castrillón again confirmed that the SSPX situation was not a matter of formal heresy, but one of canonical regularization. In answer to a question about the historical situation leading up to the August 2005 meeting, Cardinal Castrillón said, "Unfortunately Monsignor Lefebvre went ahead with the consecration and hence the situation of separation came about, even if it was not a formal schism." Although the cardinal does continue to affirm the original Ecclesia Dei Adflicta motu proprio by Pope John Paul II that Archbishop Lefebvre ordained four bishops without a papal mandate, he is careful to add the caveat that it was not a "formal schism." www.renewamerica.com/columns/mershon/070410

On the other hand, I pity any person, especially a Catholic, who is cooperating after the fact by either harboring or consorting with individuals who have entered the United States illegally. Unlike Catholcs who attend SSPX chapels, Catholics who ignore the laws of their host country are sinning. Catholics and all residents are obliged to respect the civil laws including the immigration laws of the country in which they enter/reside.
