During this time, it is traditional to indulge yourself with a freshly baked circular cake stuffed full of delicious cream and topped with candied fruit and coconut. It is called El Roscón de Reyes (the Kings Cake) and it is a truly heavenly delight. One of the top bakeries to purchase your El Roscón de Reyes is just on the edge of the old town in Jávea and is called PASTELERÍA DIEGO. This bakery is full of amazing traditional Spanish delights. Even their Roscón de Reyes come with four different fillings including plain, vanilla or chocolate cream as well as a sweet pumpkin spread.
