Pontifical High Mass Juventutem Québec CONSECRATION.
Assisted by well trained FSSP ministers and lay young men, Bishop Léonard of Namur (Belgium) has kindly offered this Mass on June 21, 2008 at the invitation of Juventutem, as part of our liturgical program during the Eucharistic Congress in Québec, Canada. Many clergy and laity attended. It was a most fitting contribution to the display of the Catholic cult of the Most Holy Eucharist.
