March 17, 2012 in Ottawa, Canada. WOW, simply amazing. This young man, an Anglican, is 16-years-old. Catholics have really failed in recent years in the area of authentic sacred music. This kid gives us hope. It can be done. "Composers and singers, especially boys, must also be given a genuine liturgical training." -Vatican Council II (SC, 115). "The treasure of sacred music is to be preserved and fostered with very great care. Choirs must be diligently promoted, especially in cathedral churches." -Vatican Council II (SC, 114). "The musical tradition of the universal Church is a treasure of immeasurable value, greater even than that of any other art." -Vatican Council II (SC, 112).
