The Blessed Virgin Mary, Restoration of Edenic Motherhood Modern Christianity often speaks of the marriage bed as though it were pure, uncomplicated delight—an unmixed gift, innocent in itself, and untouched by the catastrophe of the Fall. That is a sentimental error. Perrenial Tradition is far more severe and far more realistic: marriage is good, but the marriage bed of fallen man is not Edenic innocence. It is generation after the Fall, marked by concupiscence, bodily loss, and the need for moral order. To call every aspect of the marriage bed “beautiful” in the same sense that creation itself is beautiful is to flatten the doctrine of original sin. It is to forget that humanity now begets children in a wounded condition, under the shadow of mortality. Tradition never denies that marriage is lawful and honorable. What it denies is the modern fantasy that fallen desire is pure simply because it occurs inside a marriage bed. Marriage goods regulate and excuse what is otherwise disordered …More
Rev Gerd Neumeier of the Archdiocese of Bamberg has justified his “Star Wars” service held on April 18 talking to Katholisch.de on May 3. Neumeier emphasized that it was not a Eucharist, but a Liturgy of the Word. The Church’s liturgy is “diverse”, he said: “When people hear the word ‘church service,’ most associate it with the same Mass over and over again, especially in connection with a priest.” The event began with a lightsaber duel between Darth Vader and a Jedi knight. This was followed by the Kyrie, a first reading, Psalm 27, the Hallelujah, and the Gospel account of the temptations of Jesus. According to Neumeier, Star Wars, with its themes of good and evil, light and darkness, is a perfect bridge to an encounter with God. Neumeier announced that the format would be repeated: “Because the first one was received so well, we believe we are moving in a good and sustainable direction.” The Star Wars service is part of the “bookable church services” project of the youth office …More
redpillbot @redpillb0t Historian Bill Federer: “They say that by 2030, there will be a majority Muslim population in Europe, and they'll just flat out vote in Sharia law. It won't just be no go zones where they take over entire neighborhoods in Paris or around Belgium and London. No, they'll take over entire cities. And people forget, Egypt was completely Christian for six centuries. It's not anymore. All of North Africa was completely Christian for six centuries. It's not anymore. All of Turkey, all seven churches as mentioned in the book of Revelation, were all in Turkey. And they were all taken over by the Muslim Turks. Constantinople was the largest Christian city in the world, and the largest Christian church in the world for hundreds of years was the Hagia Sophia. And it got turned into a mosque. And so they want to do the same thing with the Vatican. And recently they allowed Muslim prayers in the Vatican. So we see that it's headed in that direction.“

Susie Wiles’ Email Demanding WH Staffers Stop Leaking to Press Is Leaked to Press An email from President Trump’s White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles ordering staff to stop leaking to the press was leaked to the press on Friday. In the directive, written in late March and obtained by Politico’s West Wing Playbook, Wiles warned that “no staff member within the Executive Office of the President is permitted to speak with members of the news media without the explicit approval of the White House Communications Office.” “Unauthorized leaks will not be tolerated and are subject to sanction up to and including termination,” she continued. She added: “Violation of this policy can result in significant disruption to ongoing operations and can potentially endanger missions and activities of national significance.” One person familiar told Politico that Wiles had become “generally very frustrated with leaks,” though the directive was not tied to any single incident. The crackdown is …More
On the Feast of Saint Damien of Molokai: Should the State’s flawed justice be mirrored in the Church? This must be asked and the truth written. But ask as well, “Can a leper priest also serve God?”

Mark 16: 15-18; Jesus said to the Disciples: “Go out to the whole world ; proclaim the Good News to all creation. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; he who does not believe will be condemned. These are the SIGNS that will be associated with believers : in my Name they will cast out devils; they will have the gift of tongues; they will pick up snakes in their hands, and be unharmed if they drink poison; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will be healed."

[Saint Alphonsus Maria de Liguori – XVII – XVIII Century AD; born: Marianella, Kingdom of Naples/died: Pagani, Kingdom of Naples; (aged 90); spiritual writer, composer, musician, artist, poet, lawyer, scholastic philosopher, and theologian, Founder, Bishop, Doctor of the Church] 3. "He saved Others, Himself He cannot save." (Mt 27:42) St. Matthew goes on to relate the other insults which the Jews offered to Jesus Christ : He saved others, Himself He cannot save. Thus they treated him as an impostor, by referring to the miracles which had been performed by him in the restoration of the dead to life, and by treating him as one who was unable to save his own life. St. Leo replies to them, that this was not the proper hour for Jesus to display his divine power; and that he would not hinder the redemption of man in order to confound their blasphemies. St. Gregory suggests another motive why Jesus would not descend from the cross: "If he had then come down, he would not have shown to us the …More
"The Jews, not satisfied with the injuries and blasphemies which they had offered to Jesus Christ reproached him with the name of his Father, saying, He trusted in God, let Him now deliver Him, if He will have Him; for He said, I am the Son of God. This sacrilegious expression of the Jews was already foretold by David when he said in the name of Christ, All they that saw Me derided Me; they spoke with their lips, and shook their head saying, He trusted in God, let Him deliver Him, let Him save Him; for He desires Him. These very men who thus spoke were called bulls, dogs, and lions, by David in the same Psalm: Fat bulls encompassed me. Many dogs surrounded me. Save me from the mouth of the lion. Thus, when the Jews said, Let Him now deliver Him, if He will have Him, they truly showed that they were these bulls, dogs, and lions which had been foretold by David."
