Priest Attends Brother’s Homosexual ‘Wedding,’ Calls It ‘Amazing,’ ‘Special’

A Canadian Catholic priest from Ontario posted on social media that he attended his brother’s homosexual “wedding,” which he described as “amazing” and “EPIC.” Father Rico Passero, who is listed as the pastor at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Grimsby, Ontario, made the Facebook post. “What an EPIC wedding weekend last week. It took me some time to finally receive some amazing photos from the Midnight in Eden wedding weekend of one of my dear brothers, Anthony Passero and Aldair Martinez Garcia,” wrote Passero in a July 5 post. “Definitely one of most special and amazing celebrations I’ve ever been to – bias aside. On behalf of my mother Carmelina, my late father Tony, my brother Daniel and I, we would like to sincerely thank all family and friends who came to support Anthony and Aldair in this celebration.” In Passero’s post, he noted that he “MC’d the reception,” saying that he was “still on a high from the weekend.” “I cannot wait to see these amazing photos, video, drone shots and …

Pope Leo appoints pro-LGBT Australian archbishop to Dicastery for Evangelisation - Pax Orbis

Archbishop Peter Comensoli of Melbourne, Victoria, who is known for his support for LGBT Catholics and ecumenical dialogue, was appointed to the position on June 27th by Pope Leo, along with Archbishop Filippo Iannone O Carm and Archbishop Èric de Moulins-Beaufort. by Kathy Clubb Archbishop Comensoli will join the Section for Fundamental Questions regarding Evangelisation in the World; another area of the Dicastery deals with First Evangelisation and New Particular Churches. The Dicastery for Evangelisation is presided over directly by the Roman pontiff. The role of the dicastery, according to its constitution: ‘serves the work of evangelisation, so that Christ, the light of the nations, may be known and witnessed to by word and deed, and the Church, his mystical Body, may be built up.’ One problem becomes immediately obvious: Peter Comensoli has little idea of what constitutes the Catholic Church. For him and those who surround him, “Church” is a loosely-defined conglomeration of …

DOUBTS ABOUT THE VALIDITY OF THE SACRAMENTS AT THE SSPX-"BISHOP LEFEBVRE" KNEW IT!
THE HERESY OF THE PROBABLE SACRAMENTS UTTERED BY "BISHOP FELLAY"
Is Marcel Lefebvre a doubtful bishop ? Words of Wisdom, THE SERAPH, Vol XIX No5, January 1999
1/DOUBTS ABOUT THE CONSECRATION AND ORDINATION OF MARCEL LEFEBVRE BY THE FREEMASON AND LUCIFERIAN ACHILLE LIÉNART: PROOF OF "BISHOP" LEFEBVRE’S SPIRIT OF DISSIMULATION
"Bishop" Lefebvre had known of Liénart's membership in Freemasonry for many years, he knew that his orders would be questioned.
In March 1976, the Italian magazine Chiesa Viva revealed Cardinal Achille Liénart's membership in the highest degrees of Freemasonry. "Bishop" Lefebvre understood that his connection with Liénart would soon become public, prompting him to make the following statement at a conference in Montreal, Canada, in May 1976, feigning surprise at learning of his mentor's membership: "This news has filled me with bitterness". This admission was intended to dispel doubts …More

Cardinal Gambetti Expected to Leave St. Peter's Basilica: According to AdVaticanum, Cardinal Mauro Gambetti is expected to step down as Archpriest of St. Peter's Basilica by the end of the summer and become Archbishop of Chieti, a move seen as a demotion. The report attributes the change to Gambetti's fatigue after several demanding years, as well as controversies over security incidents at the basilica, administrative reforms, and other disputes. It also says his close association with Father Enzo Fortunato, who faced criticism over the World Children's Day initiative, weakened his position.

Exclusive: Why Cardinal Gambetti is expected to leave St Peter’s Basilica | Advaticanum

AdVaticanum can confirm that Cardinal Gambetti is expected to leave his position as Archpriest of St Peter’s Basilica later this summer. AdVaticanum sources in the Vatican have confirmed that he is expected to move to the Archdiocese of Chieti. While this will not come as a surprise to many Vatican watchers, as Archbishop Bruno Forte is already beyond the customary retirement age, the move is nonetheless notable. Although Chieti is a metropolitan archdiocese, it has not traditionally been a cardinalatial see and is relatively small. As such, the appointment could reasonably be interpreted as a demotion for Cardinal Gambetti. Sources close to Cardinal Gambetti say he feels burnt out after his time at St Peter’s and that a move away from Rome may suit him. They added: “He doesn’t like the spotlight.” AdVaticanum understands that when Pope Leo initially reconfirmed office holders, Gambetti’s appointment was extended for only six months. AdVaticanum also understands that Cardinal Gambetti’s …

Mother Miriam has done a complete 180 on the SSPX: "God has established His Church, his universe, everything on obedience, everything on obedience. Children are to obey their parents, not if their parents are holy and right, in everything but sin. Wives are to submit to their husbands, not because they're holy, not because they're right, but because God has given them that position — again, in everything but sin. Religious are to obey their superiors, whether their superior is right or holier than them, or no matter what it is, they are to obey in everything. And Christ's sheep, which is us, every one of us is to obey the successor of Peter, whether we know for sure he is, whether we agree with him, whether we can point out definite heresy. If he's the Pope, then we obey in everything but sin. We don't come against him. So that's where I left it yesterday, and my heart was completely converted."

Plainly if a father is starving his children and insists on obedience to the starvation his wife and children must defy him. It is a commandment of God to Peter, "Feed my Lambs, Feed my sheep"! "Confirm the brethren". This is not a request but a commandment. When he refuses to feed and refuses to confirm ... plainly he defies his master. Is it no surprise that the wife of older brothers and sisters would do all in their power to be charitable to their husband and father and mitigate the disaster that he is precipitating upon his family. When he returns to his senses will he not be grateful for their support in a period where he was so demented and out of his mind.
As regard the protestant analogy. There is a categorical difference. Martin Luther wanted to make up his own religion and protested the authentic magisterium of the Catholic Church. To defend the authentic magisterium is never disobedience, it is a commendable act of charity.

Does ANYONE remember that the SSPX tried to talk/dialogue with the Pope? Leo refused to even meet with them? Bad Papa! What Father refuses to talk?

American soldiers need to refuse orders, says ex-US Marine on illegal war on Iran

TEHRAN – In modern militaries, obedience to command is treated as the foundation of discipline. Yet this principle is not absolute. International law, as well as the domestic law of many countries, recognizes that a soldier’s duty is not only to follow orders but also to refuse those that are unlawful. Kenneth O’Keefe, a former U.S. Marine who served during the first Persian Gulf War, is among the most outspoken figures arguing that American service members must confront that dilemma today. Since leaving the military, O’Keefe has become an activist and critic of U.S. foreign policy, particularly in West Asia. He points out that the oath taken by American troops—to defend the U.S. Constitution and follow orders only within the bounds of military law—places a moral and legal responsibility on soldiers to reject commands that violate those principles. During an interview with the Tehran Times, O’Keefe reflected on his experience in the Marines, the moment that changed his view of the …

27K views · 1.2K reactions | Beet kraut is an excellent first ferment to make at home. Beetroot brings natural sweetness and earthy flavour, and cabbage is a classic starting point for fermentation. To make it, finely shred cabbage and grate or julienne raw beetroot. Weigh everything, then add 2% salt by weight (20g of salt for every 1kg of vegetables). Massage the vegetables for 5 to 10 minutes until they release plenty of liquid. Pack them tightly into a clean jar, pressing firmly to remove air pockets and ensuring the vegetables stay completely submerged beneath their own brine. If needed, use a fermentation weight or a small clean jar to keep them below the surface. Leave it to ferment at room temperature for around 7 to 14 days, depending on how warm your kitchen is and how tangy you like it. Once you’re happy with the flavour, move it to the fridge, where it will continue to develop slowly over the following weeks. By the end, you’ll have a colourful kraut that’s delicious alongside …More

Mark Lambert: Priest mocked the Tridentine Mass, bishop applauded. In this clip, Professor William A Thomas tells us about the time when he attended a presentation during discussions surrounding synodality in which the Traditional Latin Mass was criticised as "theatrical" and its faithful described as mere "spectators."
