Homosex "Wedding" inside Catholic Church: On 20 September 2025, two men held a simulated "wedding" ceremony in the Catholic church in Neratov, Czech Republic. The two wanted to use the church because of its famous glass roof and atmosphere. The ceremony was led by a Protestant pastor from the pro-homosexual group 'Evangelical Church of the Czech Brethren'. In an interview with TvNoviny.sk on 22 January, the two said they had expected difficulties with the Catholic priest, but this was not the case. The Protestant pastor added that the local Catholic priest had been “open and accommodating” and had "allowed" the ceremony to take place inside the church.

Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old ICU nurse, was shot and killed by a Border Patrol agent in Minneapolis. Mohamed Husien, 30, was identified as the suspect who died after a spree of carjackings and shootouts with law enforcement, which ended when he opened fire with a gun equipped with an extended magazine and shot a #SanJose police sergeant in the head; the sergeant has since been released from the hospital.
