Montse Alvarado: “I'm not married, but I am annulled in the church, and I think it's important to talk about that too, for people to realize that annulment brings you closer to the church and closer to Christ.” This is the new Prefect of the Vatican Dicastery for Communication in a video on March 10, 2025.
Anyone claiming 'annulment brings you closer to the Church and closer to Christ' likely should have not been granted an annulment until such a misconception/misunderstanding could be clarified. Her declaration seems like a (proud) advertisement for annulment. Is this the kind of skewed 'communications' we can expect from her office? In and of itself, her annulment would not disqualify her from the job but her perspective certainly should. As bungled a piece of communication as one could fabricate.

Valerie Anne Smith @ValerieAnne1970 BIOPSIES: DR. ADIEL TEL-OREN, MD EXPOSES THE TRUTH DOCTORS WON’T TELL YOU! “For Years & Years, Doctors Have Been Killing People… Needle Biopsies Cause Cancer To Spread.” “Be VERY careful. NEVER do a prostate biopsy. NEVER do a breast biopsy. It breaks the tumor’s seal and spreads cancer. Biopsies cause cancer to metastasize.” Your body is desperately trying to CONTAIN the tumor inside a protective fibrin sheath. The second that needle punctures it — BOOM — the cancer cells are unleashed into your bloodstream and flood your body. This isn’t “standard care.” This is a setup for Big Pharma’s toxic drugs, chemo, and radiation that guarantee more metastasis. STOP blindly trusting the system that profits from your suffering. Demand non-invasive diagnostics: MRI, CT, thermography, blood biomarkers. Or remove the tumor whole first, then biopsy it outside the body. Your life is worth more than their protocol.

On 17 May, Ukrainian FEMEN activist Inna Shevchenko, 35, staged a performance at the neo-Gothic St Elisabeth's Church in Vienna, Austria. The event was part of the 2025 Vienna Festival Weeks (Wiener Festwochen), which had a pagan theme entitled "Republic of Gods". Shevchenko has campaigned for abortion, homosexuality and blasphemy, usually half-naked. In 2012, she cut down a large wooden cross in Kyiv. In October 2025, Pope Leo XIV appointed Josef Grünwidl as Archbishop of Vienna. He was widely regarded as one of the most liberal priests in the archdiocese. Shevchenko Presents "New Form of Liturgy" At St Elisabeth's Church, Shevchenko was dressed in black. She presented what the organisers described as a 'new form of liturgy'. The event was even advertised as an "alternative Mass". Standing before the altar, Shevchenko asked, "Who speaks?" A women's choir responded, "Woman." She then wrote the word 'Woman' on a sign, held it aloft and began a speech centred on her interpretation of …More

Day two in Spain: ‘What legacy are we leaving … More than 1.2 million people celebrated the Feast of Corpus Christi with Pope Leo XIV in the Plaza de Cibeles—a famous symbol of the city of Madrid—on the second day of his Apostolic Journey to Spain. Surrounded by pilgrims from across the world, the Pope reflected on the mystery the Church commemorates on this day, stressing that in Spain, Corpus Christi is more than just a liturgical celebration. The Catholic traditions in which the Spanish faith and history are rooted, including floral arrangements and solemn processions, “have for centuries shaped the piety, art, music, architecture and life of the Spanish people.” However, he stressed that these are not meant to be seen as part of an exhibition or folklore. Rather, a profession of faith. More than looking back at the history of the country, Pope Leo outlined a task for “Spain today and in the future: to ensure that the religiosity which has shaped and defined this country for …More
