The chapel at Rome’s Termini Station was closed in early December 2025 after a reportedly intoxicated man was seen urinating on the altar, according to EtruriaNews. Authorities suspended access following the sacrilegious act, leaving commuters, workers, and vulnerable people without a small spiritual refuge. No public information indicates that anyone has been arrested.

Bishop Erik Varden: chastity is integrity, "to harmonize my carnal desires towards life in Christ"
Convert of Lutheranism and Norwegian traps, one of his last books is about the virtue of chastity.
Monsignor Erik Varden, OCS [Cistercian Order of the Cistercian Order of the Stense Of Observance] is bishop of Trondheim, Norway.
Baptized in the Lutheran Church, which in Norway was the official Church until 2012, I grew up in a family without a very explicit Christian practice. My religious search began at the age of 14 or 15, caused by an inner thirst, fueled by literature and music.
I was 17 years old when I first visited a monastery, a little by chance. Monastic life scared me a little because of its radicalism; at the same time, it fascinated me deeply.
During my first year in Cambridge, a Marist priest, professor of Irish history, accompanied my conversion to Catholicism: we read together all the documents of the Second Vatican Council, an excellent preparation. I stayed at the university …More

“I consider Pope Benedict’s wise regulation to be the right path — and this path should be continued without burdens, without restrictions,” Gänswein said.
He added that he hopes Pope Leo XIV will “continue the pacification of this thorny issue”

Archbishop Gänswein: "Allow the Roman Rite Without Restrictions"

Archbishop Georg Gänswein, the Apostolic Nuncio to the Baltic States, has renewed his call for a peaceful approach to the Roman Rite. In a press release, the Swiss broadcaster K-TV announced that the full interview will air on Sunday. In it, Archbishop Gänswein comments on Pope Francis’ 2021 motu proprio Traditionis custodes.
He argued that the Church should once again consider the pastoral approach adopted by Pope Benedict XVI in 'Summorum Pontificum': "I consider Pope Benedict’s wise regulation to be the right path — and this path should be continued without burdens or restrictions," said Monsignor Gänswein.
He added that he hopes Pope Francis will continue the pacification of this thorny issue.
Archbishop Gänswein also expressed his personal desire to see a formal beatification process opened for the late Pope Benedict XVI.

Police suspect Croatian nun injured herself: Croatian police believe that a Zagreb nun, Sister Marija Tatjana Zrno, 35, injured herself and falsely reported an attack. After a four-day investigation, police announced they will file a criminal complaint against the nun for falsely reporting a crime. Sister Zrno had claimed an unknown perpetrator stabbed her in the Malešnica neighborhood on November 28, after which she was treated for non-life-threatening abdominal injuries at the Sisters of Charity Hospital. Police say their investigation confirmed she bought the knife herself at a store in Zagreb and inflicted the wound on her own. She was discharged from the hospital on December 1. Police also refuted media claims that the attacker was a migrant who shouted “Allahu Akbar,” stating these reports were false.

On 2 December 2025, Swiss Emanuel Brünisholz began serving a 10-day prison sentence. He had refused to pay a 3,000-franc fine imposed for a Facebook comment. In December 2022 he had written that if "LGBTQI people were exhumed in 200 years, only male or female skeletons would be found". He called everything else "a mental illness promoted through school curricula". The post was reported to police, and in August 2023 he confirmed authorship during questioning. He was prosecuted under Switzerland’s anti-discrimination law, with the court ruling that his comment amounted to public denigration of homosexuals and violated human dignity. The case has since fueled intense debate in Switzerland over free speech and the reach of hate-speech legislation.

Swiss man jailed for Facebook comment criticising trans ideology – Allah's Willing Executioners

A man from Switzerland has been handed a prison sentence for posting a comment on Facebook that supposedly denigrated trans people.
On December 2, Emanuel Brünisholz, a musical instrument maker from Burgdorf in Canton Berne, started a 10-day sentence in a Swiss prison after he declined to pay a fine for his remarks online.
Supporters of Brünisholz said he was a martyr for free speech.
Andrea Seaman, manager of NGO Bündnis Redefreiheit (Alliance for Freedom of Speech)
said: “A man goes to prison for telling the truth. The law which is supposed to protect freedom was used here to undermine it.
“If Swiss people do not want to live in a society where courts enforce intellectual conformity to trans ideology, this case must be a wake-up call. It is time for Switzerland to rise up against this unscientific, anti-freedom nonsense.”
In December 2022, Brünisholz had commented under a Facebook post by a conservative Swiss MP …

'Spies In The Sky'- UK Councils Using Drones To Snoop On Residents

“On that day the deaf shall hear the words of a scroll; And out of gloom and darkness, the eyes of the blind shall see.”
For us, it is wonderful to think about these major transformations in people’s bodies.
God leads us to a deeper understanding. It is also about allowing Him to open our hearts to His grace.

Polish Supreme Court rules that its decisions cannot be challenged, including by EU laws – Allah's Willing Executioners

State Tribunal.
Warszawa. Gmach Sądów – Google Maps
The Polish Supreme Court issued a groundbreaking ruling today that no court or public authority can challenge a ruling from the Supreme Court, including the European Union. The ruling marks a significant moment in the battle for legal sovereignty in Poland.
“No court or other public authority is authorized to declare a Supreme Court ruling null and void and disregard its effects. Even if this were to be done by invoking European Union law,” reads the new decision from the Supreme Court.
The ruling came during a joint chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs and of Labor and Social Security.
The ruling is a direct response to the September resolution by seven judges of the Labor and Social Security Chamber, which questioned the legality of the entire Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs.
These judges, citing rulings of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), found …

Vatican employees’ association meets financial report ‘with skepticism’

Vatican Employees Sound the Alarm Over Holy See’s Finances

The Associazione Dipendenti Laici Vaticani (ADLV), a union-like association representing the Vatican's lay employees, has questioned in a December 3 statement the optimism surrounding the recent Vatican financial report.
Last week, the Vatican announced a budget surplus of €1.6 million, its first positive result after years of deficits—a development presented as a sign of progress.
However, the ADLV argues that the information released remains partial and insufficient.
Employees say they would prefer the Vatican to regularly publish complete, certified budgets—both forecast and final—accompanied by detailed documentation, rather than relying on visually appealing slide presentations that lack the depth required for serious evaluation.
As the ADLV notes, it is difficult to believe in a genuine financial recovery when essential data are still missing.
Surplus Driven by Donations and Market Gains
According to the association, the surplus is not the result of structural reforms or improved …More
