Cardinal Gerhard Müller has no information about “homosexual networks” in the Vatican – except that Pope Francis said so.
Talking to CatholicNewsAgency.com (November 30), he acknowledged however that there are high-ranking prelates who defend and promote homosexuals “beyond all measure”.
Müller adds that the same prelates are indolent and careless when confronted with attacks against the Catholic faith, “Who follows them gets away with everything, but those who refuse their 'assisted thinking' are persecuted."
Müller summarises this with the slogan “St. Paul away –Wucherpfennig okay.”
Father Ansgar Wucherpfennig was accepted by the Vatican as rector of the theological College St Georgen in Frankfurt, Germany, although he blesses gay couples and favours female priests.
