The publication of Pope Francis’ controversial letter to the bishops of Buenos Aires in the Acta Apostolicae Sedis means according to pro-gay Cardinal Francesco Coccopalmerio that it is elevated “to the level of being official teachings of the Church”.
Talking to Catholic News Service (December 5), Coccopalmerio claims that the guidelines of Buenos Aires bishops and Francis’s letter approving them became together “the Holy Father’s authentic magisterium for the whole Church”.
In reality, the Catholic Church has never accepted legal positivism that declares a teaching to be true regardless of its content relying only on the procedure that approved it.
Coccopalmerio is president of the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts. Earlier this year, his secretary was caught red-handed while engaging in a gay orgy in the Vatican.

He should retire and care for his gay and drug abusing secretary...
