It has been repeatedly pointed out that the two popes and 'the dubbia cardinals' are interpreting the Nicene Creed, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS),Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church with an irrational premise to produce a conclusion which is a rupture with Tradition. 1

Lajiness agrees that there are no known cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) in 2017.This is common sense.The Rector and professors of theology and philosophy at the Sacred Heart Major Seminary, Detroit agree here too.For professors Ralph Martin, Robert Fastiggi and Phillp Blosser references to BOD, BOB and I.I are references to hypothetical cases, theoretical possibilities known only to God.
So LG 16, LG 8, LG 14,AG 11, AG 7, NA 2, GS 22,UR 3 2 could not refer to known cases of particular people, saved outside the Church, present or past.So they are not exceptions to the dogma EENS. This is also the message of Archbishop Thomas E. Gullickson, Fr. Stefano Visintin osb and the apologist John Martignoni. They are saying that in principle these cases of invisible people cannot be visible exceptions to the de fide teaching on all needing to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation. LG 16,LG 8, UR 3 etc do not contradict EENS as it was known to St. Maximillian Kolbe or the missionaries in the 16th century or the Church Councils and Church Fathers. Yet for Cardinal Raymond Burke Vatican Council II is a rupture with Tradition and he will not affirm Feneeyite EENS. So it means LG 16, LG 8, LG 14, AG 11,GS 22, UR 3, AG 11, AG 7 etc are exceptions to the dogma EENS for him. So in principle these hypothetical cases are objective for Cardinal Burke. People in Heaven are visible on earth for him. Or it means he would be able to judge that Jesus would judge someone in particular, who is presently outside the Church, who is going to be saved. How can invisible people be visible exceptions to traditional magisterial teaching on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church? This is contrary to the Principle of Non Contradiction.Someone can be invisible or visible.Someone visible cannot be invisible too. The media is not reporting this. Since this is the error also of , for example, John Henry Weston, editor of LifeSites News.It is the same with 'New Catholic' editor of the website Rorate Caeili. 'separated Churches and Communities...have been by no means deprived of significance and importance in the mystery of salvation' this is a speculative reference, a theoretical possibility known only to God. This is how I would interpret this passage.For Cardinal Burke this could be a reference to an explicit case, someone personally known who has been saved or will be saved outside the Church.This reasoning would be irrational for me.)
