World Economic Forum Founder and Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab offers a practical companion and field guide to his previous book, The Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Today, technology is changing everything--how we relate to one another, the way we work, how our economies and goverments function, and even what it means to be human.

One need not look hard to see how the incredible advances in artificial intelligence, cryptocurrencies, biotechnologies, and the internet of things are transforming society in unprecedented ways. But the Fourth Industrial Revolution is just beginning, says Schwab. And at a time of such tremendous uncertainty and such rapid change, he argues it's our actions as individuals and leaders that will determine the trajectory our future will take. We all have a responsibility - as citizens, businesses, and institutions - to work with the current of progress, not against it, to build a future that is ethical, inclusive, sustainable and prosperous.

Drawing on contributions from 200 top experts in fields ranging from machine learning to geoengineering to nanotechnology, to data ethics, Schwab equips readers with the practical tools to leverage the technologies of the future to leave the world better, safer, and more resilient than we found it.

Professor Klaus Schwab (1938, Ravensburg, Germany) is the Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum. In 1971, he published Modern Enterprise Management in Mechanical Engineering. He argues in that book that a company must serve not only shareholders but all stakeholders to achieve long-term growth and prosperity. To promote the stakeholder concept, he founded the World Economic Forum the same year.

Professor Schwab holds doctorates in Economics (University of Fribourg) and in Engineering (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) and obtained a master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. In 1972, in addition to his leadership role at the Forum, he became a professor at the University of Geneva. He has since received numerous international and national honours, including 17 honorary doctorates. His latest books are The Great Narrative (2022), Stakeholder Capitalism (2021), The Great Reset (2020), Shaping the Future of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (2018), and The Fourth Industrial Revolution (2016).

If you know who this man is, and you know how to read in between the lines, then you realize this man’s book is an in plain sight telling of what he and his dastardly cohorts have in store for us all. Written with the intent of being inspirational, this is an evil genius’s tell all for the future. We the regular people surely aren’t stake holder’s in this madman’s future.

The content is directly copied, word-for-word in many chapters, from an earlier book 'Shaping the Fourth Industrial Revolution.' I thought this book would provide an update or further information, but it doesn't.

This book is a startling insight into the psychotic workings of a globalist, Klaus Schuab, who has worked dilligently to train power-hungry followers all over the world. He lays out his plans to control every aspect of everyone, wordwide, in order to reshape the future...a future where there will be less people to use the world's resources and those who are fortunate to let live will have nothing and love having nothing. He methodically states how this is to be carried out....AND, amazingly, he is ALREADY CARRYING HIS PLANS OUT ALL OVER THE WORLD with the help of international members of Congress, big tech, big pharma, and major corporations!!

There is Meat in this book. Lots of it. It opened my eyes to a Lot of stuff I didn't know about (which, obviously, was the *point* of buying it). I wish it had more info as to how all these technologies (of the 4th Ind. Rev.) actually WORKED, which is kind of what I was hoping for, but I guess in the real world, that's not possible - such a book would be 10,000 pages long, and could not be written by ONE person ANYWAY :) It was quite expensive, but I would still Definitely Recommend it.

Now all that's left is for India to BRING ABOUT the 4th Industrial Revolution on itself - when will that be? Hmm.... THIRTY nineteen maybe? :)

One note: The paper quality is not good - because it's printed on recycled paper. I don't like the former, but kudos for the latter :)

Qualitativ nicht das Nonplusultra aber dennoch solide Verarbeitung.

Wie auch immer, der Inhalt ist absolut lesenswert, weil der technische Fortschritt nunmal einen gewissen Weg zu beschreiten scheint.
