Write-up: killed this young man/he died of an enlarged heart (500+ grams); The initial case was missing the following minimum criteria: unidentified reporter. Upon receipt of follow-up information on 20Sep2021, this case now contains all required information to be valid. This is a spontaneous report from Pfizer sponsored Program, via contactable consumers. A 16-year-old male patient received BNT162B2 via an unspecified route of administration on 19Apr2021 (Lot Number: ER8731; Expiration Date: Jul2021) (at 16-year-old) as dose 1, single for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient''s medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The patient died in 24Apr2021. His father claimed he took the Pfizer vaccine five days before (24Apr2021) he died and that he died of an enlarged heart (500+grams) from Apr2021. It''s not reported if autopsy performed.
