But what's in practice ? Once per month a tridentine H. Mass, sometimes 1 per week in a whole diocese... and in the rest of the churches, complete anarchy, growing worse year by year. This is no real restoration. Where did the N.O. in Western Europe lead to : loss of faith, empty churches, empty seminaries, empty convents.
