It's up to each Priest if they want to remain faithful to the True Faith. Or walk the road to perdition. The SSPX rather be excommunicated than to be disloyal to GOD. Or promote sin. All the Priests, Bishops, Cardinals etc all have the same choice. Either you love GOD and wish to obey Him. Or you don't. And our job is to pray for their souls.
