Saint Thomas Aquinas (1225-1274)

Saint Bernardine of Siena (1380-1444)

Saint John Chrysostom (347-407)

The pleasures of sodomy are an unpardonable offense to nature and are doubly destructive, since they threaten the species by deviating the sexual organs away from their primary procreative end and they sow disharmony between men and women, who no longer are inclined by physical desire to live together in peace.

"All passions are dishonorable, for the soul is even more prejudiced and degraded by sin than is the body by disease; but the worst of all passions is lust between men. . . . The sins against nature are more difficult and less rewarding, so much so that one cannot even say that they procure pleasure, since true pleasure is only the one according to nature. But when God abandons a man, everything is turned upside down! Therefore, not only are their passions [of the homosexuals] satanic, but their lives are diabolic. . . . So I say to you that these are even worse than murderers, and that it would be better to die than to live in such dishonor. A murderer only separates the soul from the body, whereas these destroy the soul inside the body. . . . There is nothing, absolutely nothing more mad or damaging than this perversity."

I beg to differ. The two diseases come from different causes. But, then again, the fundamentalists without an analytical mind would lump all into the same category, sin.

Sorry but is the same sin of SODOMY AND WORSE BECAUSE IS DONE TO A CHILD SODOMY IS SIN NOT A diseases. BUT THIS SIN IS COMMONLY PUNISHED FOR THE OWN BODY AS THE BIBLE SAID -PSYCHOLOGICAL emotional and physical (the deadly AIDS Staphylococcus aureus, is undergoing a new and dangerous mutations that only spreads almost exclusively via the practice of homosexual acts.)-... Greetings! This is paedeophillia, not homosexuality. The two are different diseases.

Having said this, tis just ghastly! I keep wondering why is paedeophillia so widespread in the USA??

Very Sad this is one of the things I worry when I hear about adoptions by gay couples.
Children are not animals that they can buy or use at will to suit their selfish instincts, even if they pretend dress up as a good reason we know about this case for the news, but what about other case like rape inside the Home that is a silence crime?
