I asked him what happens if the body is destroyed by cremation, deterioration in a grave, or eaten by animals (not to exclude those in the ocean). He said that is an exception. He was wrong. In fact, it is otherwise in the history of the world: After death bodies have been exposed to the elements and deteriorate--there is no body left where the soul can abide.

Rahner was proof that a man can be intelligent and a total fool at the same time.

I'm sorry, no matter how competent that woman in the mini-skirt, she is inappropriate for teaching young men in the seminary! They need male role models, and they don't need temptation of the flesh at such important times in their training!
